Rachel at the front desk was super welcoming and helpful.

Nothing really, other than the shower switch valve not working properly in our room.

Superb breakfast offerings and location is convenient to almost anything you want to do in Lubbock.

Our room had a problem with the blinds--could not get them to move downward and since our room was looking out over Loop 289 that was a MAJOR problem. Staff came to check out the issue and moved us to another room across the hall on the opposite side of the building. No blind problems there in fact very quiet on that side of the hotel.

What I reserved was no where close to what I got. And there no sheets on the sofa bed and none were to be found. We didn’t even stay! We left within 10 minutes of arrival and we’re still charged full price for a room we DID NOT USE OR STAY IN !!!!!!!

The front desk quickly moved us to another room when pour heating unit started vibrating loudly and it could not be turned off.

I didn’t like that the receptionist who welcomed me did not want to be there and so was really quick on saying what I needed to know but I could barely catch what she was saying. I also hate the stupid bathroom door they had, it was one of the ones that slide and don’t even have a lock so you better trust anyone you’d trust if you were gonna stay with them in the room I stayed.

Breakfast was great, plenty options. Nice gym and patio lounging area

The pool was closed! One of the main reasons for selecting this location was the pool.

This place was nice and comfortable. After a day day at the hospital it was nice to rest and recharge.
