Location is good, less than 5 minute walk to the MTR station Prince Edward. A lot of eateries around the area. There is a supermarket beside the hotel. 7 eleven and pharmacy are just a few steps away. The room size is good for two person. The bathroom is a bit small but it is clean and the shower water pressure is good,.

住在11樓還是被馬路的聲音吵到完全沒有辦法睡覺 睡覺帶著耳塞還可以一直聽到車子壓過馬路水溝蓋的聲音聽的一清二楚晚上基本上完全睡不著非常痛苦出來玩隔天精神非常差

For a HK hotel, our room was quite spacious. Bed was comfortable, shower has a good pressure, aircon worked well. Our room has a view of the street and the flower market and it is fascinating to see how bustling the area is before the Lunar New Year. There's a nearby subway station, at least two nearby markets, and plenty of local eateries

It's hard to get to the hotel from airport, whether by bus (requires a bit of walking and crossing street) or MTR because nearest exit has stairs. Even more difficult going to airport because nearest bus is in Mongkok, so we had to carry the luggage down the MTR stairs. No drinking water in the room, no breakfast, no cabinet, no bidet. Slippers are too thin you wont realize you're not wearing them anymore. Can hear the vehicles outside,minimal sound but not for light sleepers. Staff are not too helpful, went down to lobby to ask about some promo and if we can use the phone--no answer on the promo and we were told to go to our room to make the call. Also asked about transpo to airport and staff just marked some place on the map and that's it, we had to wait for the shift to end to ask other staff. All these things for an expensive stay.

the whole hotel smells of food. 1. Hotel lifts are quite strange as there are 2 doors. (Hotel staff did not explain how to use it) 2. The hotel is very small. 3. The room is not very clean. 4. The pillow and bed are not comfortable at all. 5. We booked a room with a double bed, it gave us 2 single beds and when we pushed together it was separated every day after the housekeeping. 6. Looks like a budget hotel.

打開房門，看見二張單人床很寬，還可以有位置打開旅行箱，有路行，感觉很舒服。浴室花曬水壓足，能將一天疲勞冲走。但去水位有去水不良，便打前台請求處理，立即有位叔叔上來檢查，發現是長頭髮塞住去水。第二天下前台處理一些事情，看見他，他還問我房間浴室去水如何？做事認真的叔叔，幫酒店加了很多分。

The room was spacious for a HK hotel, and very clean, with a large comfortable bed. It was also very quiet during my stay. There is a kettle and tea provided. The location is convenient, close to Prince Edward MTR station and Mongkok East Rail station, and also good for exploring parts of the Kowloon side.

The room could have been better equipped, with a coffee machine / microwave maybe. The air conditioning only seemed to have one setting and was quite loud when on. The hotel asks for a 500 HKD deposit when you check in, either in case or on a card with a long return time, which is annoying as on the day of leaving you may not want this much money given back to you.
