We really enjoyed our stay and felt taken care of by Winter Park Escapes. The house had everything we needed for meals and entertainment. Our house was less than 5 min from parking. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

The house was perfect. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed all of great views from all over the house. The kitchen was full of the essentials we needed as we cooked most of the week. The hot tub and fit pit was perfect for the weather. The beds were a little uncomfortable but it did its job. We will be back. Thank you for hosting a great vacation!

We had 10 adults & 2 children stay in this beautiful villa for the week of Thanksgiving, coming from CA, NY, Chicago and Boulder. We cooked every meal in the well appointed kitchen. The bedroom configuration and the two family rooms worked perfectly for our group. So many puzzles and games to choose from. Loved the hot tub and couldn't get enough of the view. Wonderful location! So convenient to the slopes. Everything was great except for the outdoor fire pit not working. Would stay here again.

We do an annual family trip with 8 adults and 4 kids and this house was perfect for all of us. It's a beautiful, great quality home. The views from the hot tub are gorgeous, we saw wildlife in the backyard, grilled, relaxed. The house is close to the gondola and an easy drive into town. Highly recommend this home for your vacation. We already have talked about going back!

This spacious home was ideal for our annual family reunion. There was lots of places to gather for conversations and games. Everyone loved the hot tub and the surprise sighting of a mama moose and her baby. Hiking and other activities were close by. Our group spanned ages 80 to 9.
This was the best kitchen set up ever. We all cooked and everything we needed was there.
For a big group this place is perfect.

We stayed at the 270 Timberland in winter park and it was absolutely amazing. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed no guessing it was just there and well labeled. Rooms where all spacious and had plenty of room for all your bags. The Mountain View's where stunning and watching people on the slopes was the highlight of every morning. Also Winter Park Resort is amazing if an amenity is not working they send someone out right away same day to try and fix it and if they can't fix it they offer you vouchers and some of your money back. They are so easy to work with and absolutely amazing to have a host 10/10 recommend and will be back!

We have rented many homes for our family so we have much to compare! This home was not only beautiful with stunning views, but it was the perfect size for our large family. The house was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the kitchen being so well equipped with all we needed. There was room for all of us to sit and enjoy the fire place in the living room. The hot tub was great and the moose salt lick right out back was amazing as we saw moose every day! We loved this home so much that we are already looking forward to using it again! We are skiers and the proximity to Winter Park and Mary Jane is another bonus! We also appreciated access to park in the garage as well as have room in the drive way for 3 more cars. The mud room with a heated floor for all the ski bags was also amazing. Overall, we loved this house and our stay!

We really enjoyed our weekend here- very large house, lots of room for hanging out as well as a great kitchen area for cooking! Porch views were amazing- looking right at the Winter Park mountains and the trees made it feel much more secluded than a few other houses that we looked at!

The house was perfect for our family. We had 14 people, cooked huge meals for everyone and the house swallowed the whole group!
Had some mechanical issues with the house, but the property management company was right on it and it didn't affect our stay.
We'll be back!

The property was very nice. There were a few things that need to be checked. The fire pit only lit up the first day we got there, after that we could not get it lit. The downstairs tv lost the internet connection. Could not find any instructions. Also the downstairs fridge did not work. Disappointing as we had planned to use the bar area and den for entertaining.
The tv sound bar in main living area off of the kitchen the volume would go up on its own.

The Perfect Mountain Home
Our 3 generation family totally enjoyed our stay here. Perfectly equipped and so much room for our group of 14 to spread out! The large kitchen set up was great for viewing all the cooking. We did have a problem with the TV sound bar that continually increased in volume! All in all a wonderful trip and can’t wait to return!

Great location & house!
Great place for a group of friends or large family to enjoy Winter Park. We skied every day and enjoyed the houses backyard views and large kitchen for apres ski and meals. Garage, mud room, amenities, fit our group of dad's and sons well.

Everything you could ask for!!
What a great property! Clean and incredibly well stocked! Every kitchen utensil, pots, pans, dishes and the basic condiments, etc.
Lots of space for the 11 of us!! And the bus shuttle only one block away.
This is a real keeper!

We stayed at the Lakota Timberland Luxury Home for our parent's 50th anniversary. The property was in pristine condition, and was more than we expected. This house was stunning. Such great ambiance with the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining and amazing bedrooms and sitting rooms. I would highly recommend it.

The multiple fire places were very nice and gave the house a cozy feel. Being able to go out on the balcony and have direct view of the mountains and the ski slopes was very nice. The kitchen is great and open and was nice to have everyone together for breakfast and dinner. We all enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better home for all of us to get together at. We would love to go back in the future.
