Not one single thing.

Blood stains on the mattress, tiles hanging off the wall in the shower. We got a warning not to use the water, had to be boiled first. Totally disgusting...walked in, walked right back out and got our money back.

Long story short, we booked another hotel and it was so bad that we had to find new accommodations at 2am. This hotel was the only on in our price range at the time and was available so we booked it and headed right over. The receptionist was super nice and our room was ready to check in. The room itself I'd give a 4/10 just because it's very old and even if you clean it, it's just going to look old and dirty still. They really need to renovate it. However, I would recommend this place just because they're so friendly and the room was pretty clean. It worked for us for a short notice.

They should really try and update atleast the bathrooms at some point. The metal in the toilet paper holder is rusted badly and the bathroom just has a dingy feeling overall. The room was decent.

Nothing it was a last minute hotel for my boyfriend and I. the only thing good was the fridge stayed cold

it was a dirty place overall. I told my boyfriend to let me never do this to us again and we will always pay the high price to have what we want

The staff was nice

The room not so much for the price. Wanted a king smoking from the website didn't have that so settled for a double queen smoking... got two full instead of queens - two average people could not sleep in the same bed

This place could have been easier to find, if there'd been signage by the road indicating which driveway to take....

Margaret who is the property manager needs to find another job. Her customer service is rather nasty and clearly not her area of expertise! I've personally heard her get Into spats with the guest and yell out "your mama" while in the argument, that is very unprofessional meanwhile the owners have received numerous complaints on her and have done nothing at all to rectify her rudeness. I've been here 3 weeks and have been cleaning my own room which is fine but they hired a group of non speaking English housekeeper, there is mold all over the roof in the bathroom as well as around the front door which they say came from when the heater was on and due to the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned. It is a hazardous yet all they want to do is spray bleach on it which only temporarily fix the problem. Rooms aren't worth the price and this entire facility needs to be shut down and professionally inspected.. corporate is the route I'm taking next
