We booked this for a ski getaway. The property was perfect for us. Very clean and well maintained, easy to get to, and convenient to big boulder and lake harmony. We'd definitely stay here again!!

We loved the location of the property, within walking distance of the community's private heated outdoor pool. With the private Club House, pool, beach and docks just 5 minutes away. The home is inviting, comfortable and clean with a modern rustic appeal. Best part of vacation was our grandkids "got back to nature" . Fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, watching deer and even playing flash light hide & seek at night. Looking forward to Renting again. The Santores

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The views were wonderful, the pool was relaxing and the neighbors were great as well!

Had a lovely family getaway in the Poconos. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities. Beautiful lake view, access to pool and hot tub and within easy driving distance of hickory run state park and many other activities. Would definitely visit again!!

The Condo was okay overall. But the Bedding was awful!!! First the Master King has seen better days. It was lumpy and sagged in the middle. My husband had to sleep in one of the single beds in the other bedroom. Worst was the thread bare sheets. They, the pillows and the blankets wreaked of cheap laundry detergent. On day two we ran the bedding through the washer, and put the pillows and blankets outside to air. It was awful.

The unit was clean, comfortable, perfect location. The view of the lake was beautiful, even in the freezing temperatures. I loved the luxury of one floor and two full bathrooms. Property manager responded to my texts within minutes. We brought our own sheets and towels but loved the fact that EVERYTHING was provided. Love, love the dispensers in the shower (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). Electric fireplace in master bedroom worked amazingly. The real fireplace in the family room was beautiful and firewood was provided. We did need a starter log, but that was truly the ONLY negative thing. There was a Keurig AND a coffee maker with dry creamer and every option of sugar! Comfortable chairs on the deck which I sat in for hours looking over the lake. We will definitely return in the summer when we can take advantage of the beach and lake.

We had a wonderful stay in this quaint property. The tranquility of the area and the proximity to the lake can’t be beat. It’s steps outside the back door. The property was decorated like a lake cottage and very clean. The sunlit kitchen and living room make the stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail in order to make our stay as enjoyable as possible was so appreciated. We would love to stay here again in the summertime. The proximity to skiing in the wintertime is great. Would highly recommend. We’ve already told our friends about this place.

Overall, super nice! Only small complaint is with being on the first floor, the upstairs unit can b a bit noisy. But overall, would def stay there again!!!

We really enjoyed the neighborhood, and we did a lot of walking. We went to Hickory Run State Park - I left the brochure on your coffee table. The toilets are a bit of a problem - they should be looked at.

Amazing, clean, and great location !

Everything was handled very well. The property was excellent. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses, and this may be personal, they were too soft for us.

My sister and I enjoyed this beautiful condo located on Big Boulder Lake. The outdoor scenery was absolutely beautiful as was the home decor. Although it was after Labor Day, we were able to experience and enjoy a paddle kayak on Big Boulder Lake. We also hiked and biked and enjoyed some delicious meals in the area. We had a minor problem with the shower door in the master bathroom, but it was fixed promptly. Our only complaint was the single beds in the 2nd bedroom were not comfortable for adults. Neither was the sofa bed. However, we loved the area, the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely retreat. We would definitely recommend!

The unit looks exactly as pictured. Keyless entry was super convenient. It was perfectly spotless. The lake is literally steps away from the outdoor patio and the view can’t be beat. Access to the lake club is a must and was generously provided with this unit. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

This condo itself is cute. It has a cozy feel to it and a ton of potential. However, a few things stuck out that were game changers for us. First and foremost, the unit was pretty dirty. My kids ran around when they first got there and their socks turned BLACK. The nightstands all had rings from the previous renters, which meant that they were never wiped down and sanitized. With Covid going on, this seemed completely irresponsible.I needed to run the dishes through the dishwasher because there were crumbs in every drawer, cabinet, etc. The kitchen seemed disorganized with pots and pans mixed into random plates, etc. The kitchen could also use some updated pots and pans. I took it upon myself to run to Wawa and grab some cleaning supplies and ended up cleaning all the counters throughout the unit, wiping down both toilets and sinks, sweeping and mopping the floors, and dusting random things like the headboard in the master bedroom. The unit was disorganized with piles of blankets and towels randomly placed in the rooms. The linen closet was a mess. Just overall, we were all pretty grossed out until I tidied up. I immediately reached out to the property manager who was very responsive, offered to send the cleaning crew again the next day (which I declined) and the owner of the unit also reached out. In the end, after I submitted pictures, the cleaning fee was refunded to me. Other things to note - they do not provide even one extra roll of toilet paper or paper towels. So unless you know this and come prepared, you will end up needing to run out for some. The unit has space heaters in every room to keep warm, otherwise it gets very cold since the unit is technically below ground. I was a bit uneasy leaving them on overnight, but had no other choice. The fireplace is a lovely touch, except there is no wood provided whatsoever. Again, would be important to know this since I was personally looking forward to a cozy fire and never got to have one. The wifi password was nowhere to be found and I had to text the property manager for it. Overall, I would not stay again. Too many missing pieces, especially considering the price. The location is excellent, but I want to be comfortable when I spend a good chunk of money for 3 nights somewhere... I think the owner could have done more to compensate me for the time and effort I had to put in to making the place clean. I completely lost my first night of vacation.

Great location. Condo size great for our family of 4. My one suggestion would be to get new mattresses and get better kitchen supplies/pans.

The property was nice, could have been a bit cleaner but not bad. No paper towels or toilet paper provided. Required space heaters to warm up the place, which made the air extremely dry. Front half of the unit is underground so the windows actually look out on feet and tires. But the price was fair and the location was great

My friends and I had such a nice time, the place was the perfect size for the 5 of us. The view was gorgeous and it was just an all around very nice and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend for an easy getaway.
