The home is well equipped and has a good layout for our party. Will be rebooking again next year for our annual trip to Myrtle.

498 Banyan was a great house for a perfect family vacation. Close to everything, comfortable and well equipped. The people at itrip are always quick to respond and remedy and issues that arise. We will be back again next year!

We stayed in this property for a week over summer. Overall, the house was very nice and well appointed - there were a few cleanliness issues upon check-in, but the management company were very quick to contact us and rectify the situation. We had 4 adults and 4 children stay in the property - the layout and rooms were great. Agree with other posters that the front bedroom is basically fully lit 24 hrs a day - there are 6 windows around the top of the room which allow moonlight, streetlight and of course sun in. We had kids, so a lie-in wasn't much of an option anyway, but beware if you're looking for a more relaxing stay! The pool was fantastic for the kids, the outdoor area could do with a few more chairs (there are only 3 seats and 2 loungers), but we made it work. Walk to the beach is not 300 yards! Maybe from the exit of the development - but it's a hike to that. It's definitely walkable, but more like half a mile. I think there may have been a shuttle, but we didn't see any. A few of our party used the pool facilitates at the nearby hotel and enjoyed them. Overall, the property was nice and the management company very keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

The overall review is this place exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful…. From the location to the whole house. It was perfect for our family and all the children which were 5, 4 and 2. The pool which is on the smaller side, was actually perfect for our ages of children. The bed rooms were great and all good sized, especially the 2 on the main floor. Big open floor plan with a great kitchen that had tons of storage and countertop space! Now for that size house, it could use another couch to accommodate 8-11 people. As of now, 6 have places to sit, it needs a much bigger kitchen trash can (we were emptying it 2-3 times a day) with an additional garbage can in the garage…. People generate a lot of trash on vacation! The grill is extremely small ( holds 4 burgers at a time) and the coffee pot only makes 8 cups (3mugs) and takes 20-30 minutes to brew! (That really needs to be upgraded!). But those aside, it truly was fantastic, extremely clean inside and out and the location is perfect!! Having the use of the resort pools was such a bonus! I’d recommend this to anyone!!

Banyan Place did not disappoint! Not only was the home lovely and large enough to accommodate eight adults and three very young children, there was so much to do! The home pool was lovely, but it was wonderful being so close to the beach and pool complex as well! The community had so much to offer as well. The only suggestion I can make is to note if you are traveling with a baby or child needing a crib and/or high chair, prepare to bring them or you can rent them. Not a big deal as some of us were not flying so could bring the equipment. All other accommodations were perfect!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this house! It is located near most of what we like…pools, restaurants, shopping, and Barefoot Landing.The neighborhood is quiet, beautifully landscaped, and great for walking. The kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need to prepare meals for a few or for a crowd. There is lots of counter space! Beds and furniture were comfortable and well-placed. There is a good washer and drier in the garage…no noisy laundry duty in the living areas. An unexpected bonus, and a real hit with our family, was the ping pong table in the garage! It provided hours of fun together. The last night, we held a “tournament.” iTrip was great in communication and service. The only time I asked for help (the pool skimmer needed to be replaced), a very nice guy brought a new one within an hour…that’s great service! This was VERY different from my experience with AirB&B. iTrip was such a welcome change.

Everything was perfect. Exactly as presented. Nice clean pool area. Great kitchen dining room and family area. Beds slept great.

I will start by saying this house layout and floor plan was great! Ample counter space in the kitchen. Unfortunately that’s the only thing nice about this house. We like to play card games during the evenings and the dining room chairs were horrible, very uncomfortable. The refrigerator was unusually small for such a big house. The cookware and utensils seen better days. The blender had a major leak which made frozen drinks impossible. The grill was a bit embarrassing. The bedroom to the right of the front door is horrible. The ceilings are 12ft tall with windows all the way around. The issue is there are no window coverings on the windows high up and the LED street lights make that room daytime all the time. For the price we paid we definitely expected it to be more upscale.

Celebrating my birthday. Our stay was great. This location is in a good spot. Everything that is needed is close. Nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Well satisfied.

So fun with our daughters families and grandkids. So many choices of what to do. Good places to eat!

In the words of my grandson whose birthday was Christmas Eve, this was the best Christmas ever! There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and conveniently located to all shopping yet not in a congested area. We will be booking again!

Beautiful home well decorated, but the carpet was dirty, the floor not swept and the mattresses on the king size bed is bad could not sleep on one side of the mattress. Someone need to check behind the cleaning people.

House location was great. House was not ready when we got there and housekeeping had to come back and fix things. We did notice trash under beds and the overall cleanliness just wasn't there. But overall the house was nice and location good.

We rented for an annual family girls trip. Perfect location, spacious, clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Great roomy house! Perfect for a golf vacation.

The property we stayed in was super clean and very spacious. The pool was clean and everything like Walmart, restaurants, shopping malls were very close. The girls and I had a wonderful time and I plan on bringing my family down soon..

We had a family trip here.We have grandchildren all under the ages of 7.They all loved the pool,it was the perfect size.Also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.The kitchen is a nice size with lots of extra storage for groceries etc.All of the bedrooms are a good size.The neighborhood is beautiful.The walk to the pools and beach are doable,we drove our beach gear down,but easy enough to do.Property manager was very welcoming and informative upon arrival.We had 0 issues during our stay.

This was a great property to stay at with all of my family for our annual family vacation. I would definitely recommended this house and we will be back again.

It was the first time our whole family vacationed together under ONE roof. The house was great for our 4 individual families. Ample living areas and perfect size pool for us all. The whole process was so easy and we look forward to booking again. The resort is beautiful you feel like you are in the Bahamas

Place was awesome, for the past 20+ years we’ve stayed at a condo, this is the first year we rented an actual house and would definitely stay again! Plenty of space and convenient. There was an issue with the water but it was addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend having spare sheets/pillows for the pull out couch and having the cleaning company open it up and sweep inside the cracks. The pools/resort amenities were amazing and overall the place was exactly as it’s described in pictures and in the advertisement. We had a great time .. thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed renting this home! The fact that we could use the pool and beach at the nearby resort only made it better! The few minor issues we had were handled fast by texting the number given. The neighborhood is beautiful and the few neighbors I met were so welcoming and friendly! Thank you for a wonderful week of rest and relaxation!

Great property that fit our family of 4 and our friends (family of 5). House was spacious and I loved that the pool was right off the kitchen. The outdoor screened in porch was used every night. Our only feedback is that the garage needs a good deep clean. Lots of bugs and trash in the garage. The washer and dryer were located in the garage and with no laundry basket it was hard to keep the clean clothes off the dirty floor. A new set of washer and dryer, a laundry basket and a rug would make it much better.

Our family loves spending Thanksgiving at North Beach. The location is perfect with beautiful homes, a walk to the beach, pools, and many attractions close by. November 2021 was another great family Thanksgiving. This year our accommodations were at 498 Banyan Place. It was a perfect home for our family. A beautiful home with a short walk down to the beach and pools. The home was clean and met all of our needs. The home looked exactly as the pictures shown on line, which is very refreshing to see. We would love to spend another Thanksgiving there. We have done our booking through Itrip for many years. Sally has been wonderful to work with. She is very prompt in responding to any questions that we have. We never worry about our accommodations through Itrip. Sally has always made sure that we are well taken care of. Thank you, Sally for making our stay at North Beach over the years a joyous time with our family.

House was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Loved the master bathroom! Plenty of space for everyone. Great location! Walking distance to so much! Resort was beautiful and right by the beach! Only bad points,1) had to kill multiple centipedes inside of the house, but just the first 2 days and 2) ping pong table in garage was covered with spiders and spider webs all underneath it and on the legs of it. Had to step over webs to use the washer and dryer if you wanted to use them, we didn’t. If they cleaned the garage, we would still be willing to return here.

We were there for a golf trip. Spent most of the time playing golf or in the private pool. The house and pool and location were great. Close to everything.

Overall this property was great. It’s a beautiful home and has most of the items that we needed. The bedspread in the first bed needs a little attention and the microwave did not work. It’s awesome to have access to the resort though. We would definitely stay again.

Youngest son senior year spring break

We were delighted with our winter rental! The house was very clean upon arrival and even met my high expectations. Our children and grandchildren visited a few weekends and the grandchildren want us to rent it again. (The kids were disappointed that they couldn't swim in the house pool but were soon happy that they could swim in the resort pools and play in the lazy river.) The design of the house provided privacy for each bedroom so sharing bathrooms wasn't necessary. The screened porch and pool area were nice additional relaxing areas for card games and puzzles when it was warm enough to be outside. The large kitchen counters were great for cooking and baking when family visited. Any minor problem such as ceiling light replacement was promptly fixed. We have rented from itrips at North Myrtle Beach several times and have always been impressed. They are like family when we visit.
