Excellent pleasant staff

Room cold. Shower very confined. Noisy neighbours. Bed very uncomfortable didn’t sleep very well at all

I stayed there 2 nights In 2 different rooms and the heating goes off at night time. The blankets are only thin, we all was shivering in bed and couldn't sleep

Lovely staff they were excellent friendly. Room was well organised and very clean staff were very welcoming

Very noisy fans running all night stains on towels bedding tap went around on its self towel rail didn’t work cold needs work doing to it for £60 a night it’s mid range I suppose

Nice size room ,comfy bed, easy check-in and parking at the rear. Good pub and in the centre of everything.

Could be a little noisy with slamming of doors. The month we stayed was good but I wouldn't fancy staying in the main season as can imagine very noisy with the pub below staying open late and fantasy island facing.

Upon arrival we were told our room was ready but when we got to it No the bed hadn't been striped dirty towels on bathroom floor bin full, went back to reception was taken to another room by the manager told this one was ready but no it wasn't she then tried another room still not cleaned after opening the fourth room this had been cleaned No apologies given. Later we found window with big gap that would shut heating didn't work

The door gets stuck, however we was made aware that it happens and they are trying to get it fixed

Good size room and clean. Perfect location. Loved the ceiling fan. Great view of Fantasy Island.

We would have preferred a firmer mattress but still quite comfy. Two cracked floor tiles in the bathroom.

Perfect location on-site parking Bed and pillows were clean and comfy had a really good sleep

Could do with More attention to cleanliness of room and bathroom ie dusty sides, floors looked unswept and mopped shower cubicle could do with a good scrub (around inside frame work) But absolutely has not put us off we would 100% stay again

barrier to carpark few times didnt accept code and yes the right code given was used. Every time came back to room couldnt get in card for door working fine but door lock faulty.

Got check in date wrong, room and bar atea needs a good maintenance team, unable to keep the coffee machine going after 9pm

The hotel was very clean and quite . The staff were very nice and helpful.

Was no breakfast was very disappointed that I am disabled and got there with 3 cases and two hold-all and a 7 year old. No help to get to room think advert should state no breakfast over 24 steps

Great little room opposite Fantasy Island with car park provided. Good value.

Room did get very hot so not sure how comfortable this would be in the height of summer. Very noisy in the afternoon from the outside entertainment. Not an issue for us but something to take into account for some maybe. Quite noisy of a morning with guests departing and cleaners going about their business but to be expected.

we did not have breakfast ,the location was ideal for us as it was close to all amenities

there could have been a stairlift / lift as there are two flights of stairs to access rooms ,the food was disappointing and they do not sell carling or carlsberg lager only high end largers

Excellent location, friendly staff i have stayed before and will stay again. definitely recommend. BEds are so comfy and the ceiling fan was so refreshing after a hot day.

would of been nice to have a bit of information on the room regarding what time the pub starts serving their breakfasts as the hotel parts separate to the pub we left about 9 with no breakfast as the pub looked shut from the outside.

Apart from all stairs , to get to our room , how far it was wen u got there , due to my disability not good , room wss ok nice and clean , bed comfy , bathroom spacious , most disappointing thing , was to be to told at 9.25 , wen we arrived back to hotel to have a couple of drinks that bar was closed , my husband said its only nearly 9.30 , y u closing and wer staying here cant have a drink , he said wat time does it shut , she said 10 pm , but u wont serve us another bar maid said yes they can have a drink , got served , went outside to have a smoke me and my husband , couldn't belive wat we saw the other bar lass , getting served up by a dealer , we both said no wonder she wanted it closed early , we watched him hand her the package and put into her pocket , you can tell drug user from the way he looked and was , absolutely disgusting to see that , from a bar staff ,
