Bonnie View has everything you’ll need and much more. It is the perfect property.

Large communal areas, plenty of seating and areas to gather depending on weather. Plenty of linen towels,plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc and 2 dishwashers and beer fridge. Well catered for large groups with or without kids. All basics in pantry. Lots of parking and magnificent outlook from all areas of house. Fabulous secure grass area with basketball hoop. Billiard table and large pool with plenty of seating.

Needs a bit of maintenance e.g water feature, main bathroom door. Shower pressure in main bedroom very poor and some beds a bit saggy and uncomfortable. Fridge difficult to close.

Clean, spacious and well equipped. Such a beautiful home for the weekend.

Everything was wonderful. We were sent the wrong entry code which required us to call the owner who was lovely.

A very beautiful view of meadows with cows and calves, a 270 degrees of mountains. The large firepit with outside lighting everywhere. Large living area and kitchen.

For the price of similar properties we expected some kind of a welcome platter. We were a family group with 2 babies and a toddler who turned 4 just a month ago. We had to pay for her as an adult I found this a little rigid. We also found the threat of penalties in the visitor manual a bit unsensitive considering the price of the property.

you need a new vacuum cleaner

The location was magnificent, waking up to a cold winter morning with the fog and frost was something special. Spending the nights at the fire pit listening to music and drinking some of the local Mudgee wine made for an amazing time.

Peace and quiet.

Google maps took us to a dirt road this was quite scary in the dark. Coming from Sydney google maps said to turn into Rocky Waterhole road and then turn onto a dirt road; we came to a causeway with water across it. Maybe advise people to go to Moggs Lane to find Robert Hoddle Drive.

The house lived up to the high expectations set by the beautiful photographs, and went above and beyond with regard to facilities/extras. Pantry included all the essential items and condiments required for cooking, barbecues and cleaning up, PLENTY of crockery, glassware and cutlery, full bottle of milk and tea and coffee to last the whole stay, and bathrooms stocked with enough soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc for the whole stay. You really only need to bring your clothes and perishables for meals, everything else is provided. Plenty of entertainment too with heated pool, pool table, games, sound system, firepit, huge lawn. Plenty of table space. So many good things about this place, it really has absolutely everything you could ask for. We had 9 people in our group but even with 12 it would be very comfortable with plenty of space. The beds were really comfortable too.

There is really nothing negative I can say about the house or provisions. The only negatives I can think of are the bins are right up the top of the driveway, quite a long walk, which makes it a real pain to take the rubbish out, and its not quite as secluded as we thought it would be from the pictures with many other houses in the same area, BUT the block of land is very large and the view from the house, decks and firepits all overlook open fields and bush so it still feels very private. A fantastic place to stay with a large group.
