This property was everything and more, perfect size, location, and the host was amazing. Can't wait for next year's adventure .

We were a large group of 20 somethings and this property was excellent for us! Great location and the host answered quickly when we had a question. A couple of the members of our party did mention that the downstairs bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but overall the space was great for us and served exactly what we needed. If we had another large party in the area I would absolutely return.

OsyterCatcher was perfect for our family of 18. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things need to prepare our meals. The walk to the beach was only minutes away. We would stay there again. The pool was nice and clean. The little ones loved it

Me, my wife & friends enjoyed our stay in the house. Very good location, closed to all the stores. Clean inside, very nice pool. neighbors very friendly. Communication with Renters was very easy.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at Ben’s house. Everything was exactly as advertised and the contactless check-in was easy. The house next door was empty so it was nice and peaceful. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans. Our only issue was that it was very cold the first two nights and there is no heat in the side rooms. We used all the extra blankets in the house but were still a little cold. Not an issue if you’re not staying there in the summer. Overall great stay!

The house was sufficient for the family. The owner of the house was super nice and very accommodating. I would say better cleaning needs to be done after each stay but overall everything else was good.

It was an easy experience with checking in, all the way to checking out. Ben stayed in contact and provided all the information. No big complaints on the property, other than the Nest AC unit only providing air to the center of the house and not the surrounding rooms. We managed though with the fans that were provided in every room. Overall it was a great place for a great family experience. Thanks Ben.

Our family had a blast at the Oyster Catcher. Just a short walk to the beach for fun in the sun. Lucas was great to work with. Attended our needs & questions at anytime. The little kids loved the pool and practically lived in it for the week. The house was a perfect fit for our huge family! Thanks for accommodating us. God bless!

We had plenty of room and the pool was wonderful. The house was only steps to the beach and the location wasn’t too busy. Loved our time at Oyster Catcher!

The house was good, pretty much as pictured. It was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and we didn’t need bath towels which was nice. It also had beach chairs, toys and a beach umbrella. The pool was great. It was like block away from the beach (super easy walk) The area was loud at night which wouldn’t be so bad if you don’t have little ones. Every night fireworks went off (very close to the house) at various times at night and woke our 3 year old. The condo across the street was loud with teenagers.

WE HAD (15) FAMILY MEMBERS FROM 4 YEARS OLD TO 80 YEARS OLD. THE HOUSE WAS A PERFECT FIT FOR US. WE ALL HAD A LOT OF FUN AT THE POOL AND ON THE PORCH. THE BEACH WAS JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BEACH HOUSE TO ANYONE.

This house was perfect for our families. We all had a great time. It has plenty of space and the location to the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. I definitely recommend this property.

We had a blast at the house. Great proximity to the beach, VERY cold A/C in the house, plenty of room for our 18 people and the pool/basketball goal was the hit of the week for the kids.

The location was awesome! However the bedding/pullout couches was very disappointing. One pullout couch was broken and the second was in the same location as the first leaving one useless. Several outlets was somewhat concerning due to them NOT being fastened to the wall properly. Over all the home was clean and wonderfully located.

We had a wonderful experience. Lucas was very accommodating and exceptional to work with! The bedrooms were more spacious then the pictures appeared! We were able to set up pack n plays in a few of the rooms. The house is literally steps away from beach access. The private pool was a huge plus and well maintained. We were a group of 12 adults and 6 children and everyone had a wonderful time. We would all highly recommend this place!!
