Beautiful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The unit was new and very clean. Walking distance to restaurants and cocktails. The pool was just right and we had it all to ourselves. The road the unit is on takes you right to the beach. Although a high traffic area at times the unit was very quiet. The property managers addressed a noisy fire alarm quickly and provided more amenities than were listed. Driving to the beach is a huge win. Easy in and out! Be prepared to work out of your suitcase. No clothing storage in the unit. Very minor. There are 4 units that would be great for 4 couples to go on a trip together. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay.

Renting the property was fairly easy and loved the fact that it was a quiet, very quiet stay.

The suites are spacious, decorated beautifully, and have all the amenities you need away from home. The bathroom and shower are spa-like. The property management team is very helpful and kind. I would describes the suites as a hidden gem in Port Aransas and would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed it being a small property so it was not crowded. Pool was heated which in April is great.

Amazing property! The bed was so insanely comfortable, that my gf is trying to replicate their bedding at home! Super clean rooms and the location is perfect. Will definitely be visiting again!

We spent the weekend in this amazing little condo. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was very clean and in a great location. Spa staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. We enjoyed ourselves and were happy to find this little gem on the island. Would definately recommend!

Appreciate that it's mostly adult guests, no kids, no pets, no loud crowds. Conveniently located and easy to get to all the best places to eat and visit. I would recommend parking lot lighting and better visibility when exiting the parking lot. Hard to see when cars are coming until you're very close to the street.

PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ACCOMADATING!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and updated. It was so close to everything, it made our stay so enjoyable. It was also very quiet and we loved the pool. I would definitely come back here!

Very clean, lovely condo. Great location to everything in Port A. Had issues with the tv working but other than that I highly recommend staying here on your trip to Port A.

I signed all documents in a timely manner and they instructed to email if arrival would be late. I did this and received an email that I needed to wait for an email later and never got one, so I arrived after dark to an answering service who couldn’t give me any instructions but locating a key for a room that I didn’t even know the location of or if it was on the same property since they were very clear the address was for the management office, so my first night was spent worrying that I parked in the wrong spot and would wake up to a towed car. Another woman did call and profusely apologize the next morning, but nothing was offered to make up for my experience which was a little disappointing with the money that I had paid for no communication including not getting parking or WiFi or property information. The room itself was very nice and the property was quiet.

This property was really nice! It was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spa-like and very big. The TV has cable along with a Roku to connect to Netflix and other streaming services. There is a full-size fridge (no ice maker), toaster oven, microwave, blender, hot plate, and Keurig coffee maker, along with all the plates, cups, silverware, utensils, etc. you might need to make an easy meal. No four course dinners here, but we weren’t looking for that anyway! The salt water pool is small but well kept. There are only four units and only two per building, so it was very quiet. We couldn’t hear our neighbors from our room. It was also nice that this is an adults only property because it was quiet and serene. The location was great, right by the ferry. We could see the ships moving through the channel from our front door. Everything you could want is within a few minutes drive or walk, in some cases.

The only challenge was the weather in that we had sunshine the day we arrived and the day we left. The middle couple days were raining heavily so beach fun was extremely limited. Very clean and had all we needed! In town close to stores and restaurants.
There is a nice smaller casual pool also. There are only 4 units, so the pool would never be crowded.
