GiGi Sunshine was a fantastic vacation home for our family vacation. The 2 houses and loft were the perfect amount of space for all of us! Having the pool on the property was great for my grand-kids and my elderly parents and the golf cart made it so easy to go to the beach-especially since my mom has such a hard time walking. The pool temp was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The property manager, Car was very easy to work with and found it very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying at GiGi's again!

One of the things that sticks out the most with this property is that we had rough weather for part of our trip but the layout and amenities made it our savior for enjoying the trip no matter what! With multiple units we had space to gather but also separate. There was an amazing sliding door in the main house that opened a whole wall for perfect indoor/outdoor living. The golf cart was AMAZING but also we realized this place is so close to the beach we could easily walk as well! The rooms were clean, great kitchens, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, entertainment in the garage, more than enough beach gear, the list goes on and on. Most impressive was the owner communication! I don’t think I had more than a few minutes wait for any of my questions. Incredible response time and we definitely felt the love from the owner. Could not recommend this place more and next time we hit Destin this is where we are staying without a doubt. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Our family LOVED this property! It doesn't sound right to call it a house because there were 3 buildings available for our use. Our adult children stayed in the guest house, the teenager stayed in the room over the garage, and the main house was for mom and dad and the littles - PERFECT for our family. No drama, just relaxing!!! We loved the set up of everything - the location to the beach was also perfect. We had the golf cart but ended up walking almost everywhere because it was just that close! The owner thought of everything. We actually brought a bunch of things she already provided - now we know better for next time! We can't wait to book for next year - just waiting on the kids' school calendar!

This was the perfect stay for our four families. With main house, guest house and loft there was plenty of space to hang together and also additional privacy for each family. Location was perfect as it was just a short walk to beach or restaurants and stores and if you didn’t want to walk, the golf cart was available for use. Owner was very responsive and open to questions and requests. This is a must stay place if you plan to visit Destin and want the ability to lay by the pool, hang at beach and visit all the area has to offer.

Great place for families, well stocked, close to beach and all amenities. Heated pool was perfect for adults and children. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

I booked this for our family of adult children and their wives to come together. It was absolutely perfect. The pictures in the listing are exactly what the house looks like. Everything was perfect and the property manager was wonder in reminding us of trash nights and what not. The pool is awesome, very clean. We had it heated and used it into the evening. Very close to a perfect vacation!

This was a great place for our two families to stay on our first trip to Destin. The kids loved the pool when we didn’t go to the beach. We had everything we needed to cook several meals and make the most of the beautiful weather. The golf cart was icing of the cake!

WE all enjoyed Destin and staying at Gigis!!! The house was a perfect fit for us and very close to the beach. It was nice having the golf cart so we could head to the beach with ease and there was golf cart parking at the beach. We utilized the pool daily on the property as well. Close to shopping, restaurants, and excursions!

House was comfortable and fun for our group of 12. Beach and shopping are extremely close and easy to reach using the golf cart. The was wonderful and an absolute necessity.

House was fantastic. Plenty of room for 3 families. The golf cart was SO convenient and used often. Kids loved the bikes, pool and garage loft hangout area. Both houses were well maintained and very clean. The location was closer to the beach than we had originally thought. We were so close to shopping, groceries and excursions. A+ rental

Our crew was made up of all ages (53, 45, 27, 23, 20, 19, 14 and 8 months old). We thoroughly enjoyed our time at GiGi’s Sunshine. It was perfect for our group. We each had our own space yet we were all together. This place has everything you need for a beach vacation. The golf cart and bikes were the icing on the cake. We spent lots of time outside and in the pool. Beds were super comfy. Not one negative thing I can say about this place. We will be back for sure!!!!

Everything was perfect!! The main house and guest house are beautiful and they have thought of everything and then some!! Golf cart to the was great. The pool was wonderful!! We most definitely stay here again!! Car was wonderful to work with and very accommodating!!

We chose this property to bring our now adult children and their significant others together for a family vacation. The vacation before our kids start planning weddings and families. The set up of this property was perfect for us… allowed everyone to have their own space yet all be together. The kitchen is fully loaded - we cooked almost every night together! Even grilled twice. The pool was a perfect ending to a day on the beach! And for the pups… perfect space. The location was an easy walk to the beach! The golf cart and bicycles made things very convenient for grocery runs , coffee excursions, dinner out or just exploring. For pups, no dogs on Crystal beach … but 4 miles down the road at Miramar you can … A walk on old 98 on the walk path … walk to Crab Trap and back is just about 3 miles! A good way to get the morning started. All in all great location - a place to just be together and enjoy the sunshine!

This property was perfect for our family!The golf cart, pool, bikes and ping pong table added to our week of fun and memories.The two houses gave us room to spread out and have privacy if needed. The kitchen has everything you could need and the outside grill is great for cookouts. The beds are comfortable. The outside porches provided shade when we needed to take a rest from the sun. The beach is close and beautiful. Loved the keypad entry… no worrying about keys! Carlina was a wonderful host. She is quick to respond to any questions you may have. Will definitely return to this property!

We had such a wonderful time at Gigi's Sunshine house. You can tell she has thought of everything you'll need for a great vacation as it's fully stocked with everything. We spent so much time in the pool and sitting outside. The beach is just a short walk down the road. We also walked to dinner, ice cream and the souvenir shop, so we loved how everything is walking distance. A few times we had to contact Car for questions and the communication was excellent. Thanks Gigi's Sunshine house for a great vacation!

I picked this VRBO listing because it was nearby the venue where my now husband and I got married. We had plenty of space to prepare for the ceremony, have a mini bachelorette and bachelors party, and we even brought our puppy with us which made it all the more special. Carlina was awesome with helping me and my family set everything up for this special occasion, and I couldn’t be more thankful! We all really loved our stay, the houses are so fun and we loved the colorfulness of it! We were able to walk one block down the street and be at the beach, which was truly beautiful. Overall, we all had a really fun stay, and we especially loved the loft area, as that became everyone’s favorite hang out spot. Thank you Carlina for everything!

We had an absolutely amazing time. Could not have asked for a better stay. Everything was as advertised. The kids loved the heated pool. The golf cart to shuttle people to the beach was perfect. We were celebrating 35, 10, and 5 year anniversaries. Memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks!

We had a wonderful staying at gigis paradise. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was one block from the beach and the golf cart was perfect for going back and forth! It was also close to all the downtown Destin attractions. We communicated several times with the owners who were very helpful and responsive! Highly recommend and will stay again!

Two sibling families stayed for a beach wedding and had a fantastic time. Perfect amount of space for everyone! So close to the beach and town. Loved it!!

Layout is fully functional. Kitchen has everything you need including knives that are sharp. Great location. Right in the middle of everything. We are going to stay there again. We really enjoyed the place.

Located one block from the beach. 6 person golf cart can be driven and parked at public entrance to beach (super convenient). Pool is awesome! Lots of space and amenities for relaxing, cooking and making drinks already provided at the location. Stores and restaurants right around the corner as well. Great time for kids, parents, and grandparents alike! Highly Recommend!

We could not have picked a better place for our family get together in Destin. There were 14 of us. If we weren’t in the pool located in the center of the property, we were at the beach two blocks away. The property owner was very responsive, answering any questions we had. I highly recommend Gigi’s Paradise!

Gigi’s Sunshine made for a fantastic family vacation for my husband and I and our three adult children and their families!! We had 8 adults, 3 children and our puppy and had ample room between the two houses!! Had a nice little fenced in backyard for the kiddos to play in and our pup to roam a little and the fenced in pool area was just the perfect size for all of us to hang out but still be able to watch the kiddos!! The garage is STOCKED with bikes, pool toys, beach chairs and more and the golf cart made getting back and for the to beach with all of our beach gear a BREEZE!! Had a washer and dryer to do all the laundry we needed and the smart tv’s were much appreciated since we had little ones to occupy at times! The distance to the beach was super short and we never had any trouble parking the golf cart down there! Our kids preferred to bike or walk the kids in strollers most of the time but the golf cart was definitely handy for my husband and I to meet them down there and to load the gear on! We made such wonderful memories here and we would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large family or multiple families!!! Property was well maintained and the pool was great. Golf cart was a big plus!! The set up of the property was perfect for kids and parents alike. Many extras provided like beach chairs and pool toys made the stay even better!!!!

Based on all the checkout requirements I would have thought the house outside would have been in better shape. I cleaned up the garage and the pool heat was on in 90 plus weather and the pool was dirty and nobody came by to clean it. Also, a guy came by around 7 or 8 in the morning to do a monthly check on the golfcart and was not told he was coming. Did love the location and it was very quite area.

This house is perfect for a big family! We had 4 families and we were able to split 2 in each house. The house I well equipped! I would not have brought as much if I had know how equipped it was. Beach chairs, coolers, tents and wagon all in the garage! Games to play both inside and outside! Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Plenty of pool toys as well. The property owner was easy to get in touch with with the minor issue we had while down there.
