We enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu. The house was incredibly clean and we were able to walk to the park and to restaurants. We also took the advice in the Owner’s Manual and hiked Sara’s Crack. Our group of 7 ranged from age 11 to 47 and we all climbed down a rope and walked through cold water to make it through Sara’s Crack. The trail was beautiful!

Fantastic!! Great location, views, clean and beautiful home with pool, bbq and games room to chill at the end of a long day. We’ll be back again 100% 😊

We were 4 women on girls trip exploring Havasu for the first time. The home is in a great location-5minutes from the bridge and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the lake from the top deck. It was appointed well with everything you need. I would say the one disappointment was it was too cold to use the pool and we were planning to use hot tub but it was not in working order. We had sent a message inquiring about the hot tub prior to our stay since it was one of the reasons we picked this property. The contact was very short and we never got a return response.

Lovely, clean house with plenty of room - equipped with everything you need. Great location - close to downtown, lake and London Bridge. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, lots of outdoor space. Plenty of room in the house for my husband and myself, our two teens and my mother-in-law! Beautiful view and sunsets!

While the home is spacious and accommodated our two families, we experienced multiple issues during our Memorial weekend stay and DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE. We contacted the property management company regarding several issues during our stay and still have not received response. As a result, we checked out early. Having paid a premium for the holiday weekend, we expected the home to be clean, well-appointed, and organized. What we experienced was dirty floors, poorly draining showers (we stood in 4” of water while showering), a moth infestation in two bedrooms and a bathroom, ants in the sheets of the bunk beds, a dirty, unusable swimming pool, inexpensive, uncomfortable linens and pillows, an unusable outdoor grill which caught fire as soon as we ignited the burners, and outdoor furniture in disarray. The home was poorly stocked with very little toilet paper, only a few kitchen trash bags, and very few bathroom linens. The ice maker in the refrigerator was frozen solid. In general, this home’s caretakers lack attention to detail and have complete disregard for the quality of experience of their guests.

We had a wonderful stay - fabulous house with plenty of room! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - lots of outdoor space. Close to lake, London Bridge and downtown. Beautiful view and sunsets!

AMAZING!! location, property, cleanliness. Game room and pool to help relax and wind down at the end if the day. We’ll be back 100%
