Location was brilliant and the parking was great, really made me feel like the car was safe! The speakers in the roof is a great touch too!
Only down side was one of the shutters broke near the end of the stay so we could not put it up so could not use the balcony doors.

The heated pool, the automatic gate, very convenient location, the convenience in checking in and out, Ricardo was very helpful, everything except internet.

We were amazed at how lovely the apartment was. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need & the cleanliness was superb. Throughout our stay the staff kept everything on the complex extremely clean & tidy.
The rooms were all very spacious, the bathrooms were a great size, there was plenty of comfortable seating inside & on the balcony. The kitchen had everything you could want.
The pool area was lovely to look at & was also kept very clean.
It was very peaceful & relaxing in our apartment with very little noise from other residents especially if you used the electric blinds at night.
We have stayed in many places & have travelled extensively but this is one of the very best!
There was nothing to dislike as everything in the description was there & if anything it was better than we could have hoped for.

Broken furniture, not enough cutlery and crockery shortage of pillows cigarette buts on veranda, outside facilities toilets not available pool area very slippy only one set of keys ,WiFi intermittent, no facilities for late departures, no shade and umbrellas available around the pool sunbeds broken need updating shabby and dirty ,no information on technology in apartment no helpful information on taxis and area

Would be good to have a small kiosk on-site selling toilet roll , water etc as nearest shop is a fair walk away.

Close to both old and new towns, modern and spacious.
Noisy at night, pool is tiny, pool area is unclean, only one umbrella for all pool area, cannot unlock gate from inside without a key, only one key provided for a group of 4. Stairs up to apartment was unclean and full of mystery red drip
Marks. Host was unhelpful when requests were being made, additional umbrella was requested and had to call 3 times about it with no success.

Clean, fresh, new apartment. Air conditioning was great. We were allowed to stay to 8pm on check out day as no one else was using the apartment that day, very accommodating. Pool was lovely too, not big but also not too small.

The apartments were in a great location! Very close to new town and old town, Ubers were €5 so super cheap splitting between friends! The apartments were clean, and well equipped. Super spacious and overall fab. The pool are was perfect for us, also very clean. Great views from the balcony.

Really lovely apartments and complex, location is good, a taxi ride to the new or old town only cost €4 through uber which comes in minutes.
The apartment was really spacious, 6 of us shared 1 and there was plenty of room.
Small sized pool but was always space.
The shutter in our room was broken but 1 call to the owner and someone was there within minutes to fix this.
We was a hen party group of 14 and had 3 apartments, id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Portugal.
Lidl/aldi are only a short taxi ride
The only part that was stressful is you have to call when you arrive to get the key codes for the lock boxes and the number you call kept going to voicemail and then when it did connect we got cut off and had to call back af least 10 times to get through. Not a bad thing as we got into thr apartments but it just felt like a more stressful check in process. I think it would be more beneficial to send codes and instructions via message with the option to call if you need

Very nice apartment, nice and modern and the rooms had everything we needed. Games room was very good and it was only a 10 minute walk to the strip
Pool was a little small and shallow but becauae there were very rarely other people there it didn't matter too much. Sofa bed was a little hard so I slept on top of the duvet to make it more comfy

Lack of personal interaction. On arrival had to contact to get key, no welcome notes or anything to tell us about the amenities. A bottle of water or other welcome gesture would have been nice.

Room size
They soaked all the floors down the stairs at a prime time when people were walking on them.
4 people including one of our friends fell down the stairs in the same day because it was so wet and dangerous.
Our friend has broken her ankle!
I contacted the owner to report it and they were not interested nor helpful

Modern, spacious apartment, air con/heating in all rooms, large balcony with bbq, washing machine in garage, and clothes airer on balcony, meaning you can travel with your 10kg allowance. Beds are comfortable but noisy when moving around during the night.
Pool is very small and not heated. Pictures are very deceiving. Communal areas often dirty, stairs to apartments etc. Kitchen equipped but very basic Utensils. Could benefit from things like peeler, bottle openers, graters that sort of thing and a small hoover in the apartment especially when staying longer than a week. Pillows were terrible.

Just got back from a 9 night stay as a family of 4, myself and my partner with our two children aged 10 and 13. The apartments are spotless and very well maintained, we had a few technical issues on our first day and they were sorted out very fast. The Maintenance Worker who is on site pretty much every day works really hard and is a credit to the place. The facilities are great and the location is good, literally a 4 minute walk to worms roundabout
Please don't take this as a negative about the actual property...
Our last 3 days were spoiled as the guests above us were very loud during the night, coming in at 4am (which I don't mind as they are young and the strip is not far away, plus I go on lads holidays) but they were literally smashing the place up in their apartment, running up and down all night long and were very aggressive towards my wife when she challenged them. However I made the owner aware and he has taken care of if. I'd recommend this property to anyone and it's not the owners fault as he can't vet his guests.

The apartment had loads of space and it was extremely comfortable. The security shutters on each balcony were really handy and secure. Everything we needed was supplied.
There was no fresh linen or towels provided, but we used the washing facilities to wash the towels.
