El, personal, el ambiente son muy agradables, la limpieza excepcional, sus habitaciones te embuelven en una atmósfera que desde que ingresas, empiezas a descansar, es un pedacito del cielo en Santa Marta.

El sitio es súper tranquilo. Queda a 5 cuadras de la playa el rodadero que es medio caótica en temporada alta, pero este sitio es tranquilo, es ideal para descansar.

La comida de la seño es muuuy rica, caserita y fresca
Les recomiendo las margaritas blues del Sr Alvaro 👍🏽
Pediría un poco mas de platos vegetarianos, ya que las opciones son algo limitadas.

El sitio es muy bonito, pero lo que me llamó la atención fue que tenía que salir temprano y el horario de desayuno empezaba después. El señor que le estaba haciendo mantenimiento a la piscina tuvo la amabilidad de hacerme un desayuno improvisado y no estuvo nada mal. Fue un excelente gesto por parte del servicio.

Location is off the main road, so it is decent. Stray dogs barking at night can be pretty noisy. The staff (especially the man who works night shift at the front desk) were amazing! He made us coffee and grilled cheese sandwiches when we were up early to depart for Tayrona. He went out of his way to do this for us, he definitely didn’t have to. We appreciated it so much! We were leaving before breakfast began.
The pool is a little chilly for my liking, but I only went in after the outdoor area was shaded. It seemed to get mostly sun in the morning.
Easy walk to Rodadero beach. Try the mango with lemon & salt - YUM!!!
Had to be buzzed in and out of front gate of hotel, was a little bit irritating because we felt like we were bothering the staff if we forgot something in the car. I guess it’s for safety though which is top priority of course!
Street parking available out front, no problem for us. Small hotel, maybe only 5-6 rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

El personal super amable y servicial, nos ayudaron en todo y nos recomendaron una compañía muy buena para hacer la excursión al Tayrona y fue maravillosa. La comida ya sea desayuno o almuerzo estaba buenísima, saludos a la chef!
La tranquilidad y paz que transmite la ubicación del alojamiento puesto que está entre las montañas.
La cama era muy cómoda y las almohadas también.
La ubicación de la habitación ya que nada más salir, estaba la recepción. Pedimos una más alejada pero lamentablemente no había ninguna otra disponible.
El ventilador del techo ya que al encenderlo, las elices chocaban contra la pared del techo.

Lo único es más una recomendación. Que pongan en las puertas las tarjetas para que siempre que uno salga de la habitación hagan aseo, que no sea necesario avisar si se necesita este servicio, solo es que las puertas de las habitaciones tengan una tarjeta como en otros hoteles y así saben que pueden entrar en la habitación a asear. Pero esto solo es un detalle la estadía estuvo muy buena y el servicio excelente. solo es una recomendación.

El hotel es muy lindo, el personal es amable. Usamos el spa y recibimos un muy buen masaje. Está ubicado cerca del Rodadero y sus restaurantes
Para el desayuno no había opciones. Sólo había un desayuno que varía de un día a otro. Nos dijeron que era algo temporal pero había varios platos de la carta que no estaban disponibles

The pool area was amazing!, the room very clean and the bathroom with everything you need. The staff make you feel very cared for.
The property is not just for adults. And the concept is the full relaxation and peace, there was kids screaming around that completely damage the idea of the hotel. They should think about this very seriously.

Nice decoration and comfortable rooms ! I like that they offer extra services of massages, pool and the restaurant. The location is ok, close to a mall and 15 mins walking to the beach.
The breakfast can be better, an arepa de huevo is not enough for some people … I know they are trying to show the Caribbean gastronomy but it’s not enough.

The staff was friendly and helpful at times. Not much else to be said, positively.
If you think having Boutique in the name means you are going to have a nice stay here, think again. It is in a bad neighborhood, far from everything. No hot showers. The food is terrible. The service, although kind, is amateur. Honestly, I was counting the hours until I moved on.

Very cute and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful. Great breakfast. If you are going to or coming from Cartagena by bus, it is right by the bus stop, which is super convenient.

We were very pleased with the size of the room. We chose to upgrade to the deluxe suite and it was absolutely worth it. The bed was huge and the room had a lot of space. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was lovely. We are definitely thinking of coming back soon.

This is an amazing hotel with the best beds! The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. The beds are the comfiest beds I have seen in my entire travels through Columbia. Best night sleep I have had! Also, we left an item at the hotel and they promptly helped find and return it to us. Could not recommend this place more - 10/10.

The rooms and facilities look exactly like the pictures on Booking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, near many shops and a shopping center. Rodadero beach is just a couple of minutes away on foot.

We arrived at the hotel for a stopover before heading into Santa Marta and were greeted by a lovely host by the name of Ana Cecilia. She was incredible, exceptional customer service who went above and beyond to take care of us and attend to every need. She truly is amazing and made the experience even better. The facilities were great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone, it was great!
