This townhouse rental was cute, clean, and quiet. It met our needs perfectly, with plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Well-appointed kitchen, and basic necessities in bathrooms. Even beach towels and a few beach accessories are on hand if you forget to bring your own! A fairly short walk to the soft, white sands and expansive, non-crowded beach. The location was perfect. Close to a grocery store and restaurants, and a short drive to all the tourist attractions. We never felt unsafe on the property. Owner is very friendly and quick to respond with any questions.

Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was communicative with very detailed expectations and check in was a breeze. I’ve had VRBO’s where the code wouldn’t work leaving my family stuck outside for hours but not in this case! A few things that made this condo great for us was liquid hand soaps in each bathroom and kitchen (I usually bring these) extra shampoo and body wash, very nice touch, plenty of linens and towels and enough living room seating for all of us. The beach chairs were perfect too. The only thing we could have used 1 more of was a garbage bag! Maybe leave 2 extra for families for week long stays. The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach and it’s SO quiet at night in the complex. The pool is really nice and wasn’t crowded. This location is 10 driving minutes to Old town St. Augustine, so super easy to get there for dinner and shopping. We had a great week and no one wanted to leave. Thank you!

This is a very comfortable place to stay for a long weekend, or even longer, and the proximity to the ocean and beach is very hard to beat. The interior design is a tiny bit dated but very well maintained. Furniture was new or nearly new and comfortable, as were the beds. Although we didn't take advantage of it, the kitchen was reasonably well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and had a decent stove for cooking. Although the balcony doesn't have a sea view (we knew this ahead of time from the photos), the view is pleasant and we enjoyed having breakfast there. Overall we had a very nice time here and would love to return for more of those lovely walks on the beach.

The condo was immaculate, pool refreshing, and the location is just a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Candy did a great job thinking of what we may need for our stay from toiletries to beach gear.

Nice place! The short walk to the beach was very convenient. There is a wash station directly next to the boardwalk to the beach. The provided camp chairs and umbrellas were helpful. The owner generously provided full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each full bathroom. There were liquid hand soaps in the kitchen and each bathroom. The owner also starts guests out with one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There is also one garbage bag in the kitchen trash can, so you'll want to bring/buy more. The condo was well-kept, clean, and nicely decorated. If needed, the owner is just a text message away, and replied promptly. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful unit. Clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The owner has attention detail. Great location. Unfortunately, I can’t say that complex is very quiet. Hopefully we just picked the wrong week, just before Independence Day. We would stay here again.

Nice place in a good location. Very short walk to the beach. Two bedrooms in two stories and two and a half bath which was a nice Plus. Reconsider if you can't do steps. They took good care to deliver a clean place. Candy was very responsive with my questions.
I would consider this location again if I was staying in the area. Close to Publix, Winn-Dixie and Starbucks.

This was a great property! Easy check-in and very close to the beach! Only thing about this property is it does not have everything for cooking that you would typically expect. No oil, pan spray, salt&pepper, etc. Other than this is was a great experience.

Pros to this property:
Spotless, quiet, easy walk to pool and beach, kid friendly, 15 minutes from tourist sites, well equipped kitchen, loved having chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas provided.
A few things to improve:
Unit itself is cutely decorated, but dated, could use some updates. You have to swipe a card to get access to the beach, which was tricky to figure out at first, since we'd never done that and there is no sign.

Candy was great!! Open communication from the start!! Really enjoyed the condo!! Set up nice and plenty of room!! The condo complex has a pool which you can see from the balcony, which allowed our kids to enjoy the pool, even if my husband and I wanted to sit and relax! Defiant would recommend and will be staying again!!

This property is exactly as advertised. You cannot see the ocean, but pictures make that clear. The living area and bedrooms are very nice. The kitchen could use a remodel, but who cares at the beach? We would stay here again.

Short walk to private beach is the key here! The unit was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space, parking out front and a closet full of beach accessories. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was convenient. Loved being near the beauty of Washington oaks and Matanzas Inlet in one direction and downtown Saint Augustine in the other.
