A group of friends and I stayed at Tyler’s place for a weekend. The house very clean and has a very stocked kitchen ready to cook in. There was more than enough room for 8 of us. The distance to Newport was very convenient for going to and from a weekend of wedding events. We would absolutely stay at Tyler’s place again. Thank you!

We had a family of 10 stay at the house. 3 young children 10, 7, 4. Great outdoor space for the kids. Didn't get to the beach, not walkable distance and no parking. So the drop off thing at the beach was not good for us. We would suggest updating beds. The two kitchens worked wonderful for us and the mini splits did their job during an extremely muggy week!

Great place to stay. Wonderful location. Owners were so easy to work with and very responsive. The two separate floors with their own kitchens ended up being great because my in-laws were able to have their own space. I would definitely recommend this and we would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Narragansett.

Allagash Splash was a perfect property for a southern family staying in RI for a wedding in Newport. Also have family in Bonnet. Best part of the house is the yard - fire pit and cornhole were utilized a lot! Location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay with extended family. Walking distance to Kelly beach. Kids loved having the backyard and cooking hot dogs over the pit fire. Great supply of beach equipment and a high chair and crib for the little one. Had a couple issues that the host responded to and resolved right away. Perfect summer get together.

Close to beaches
We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the covered deck, covered patio, and fire pit. The house was in a great location within walking distance to really nice quiet private beach and quick drive to Narragansett Town Beach. Would recommend for families with children!

Highly recommend staying here. Just be aware you need to supply your own sheets and towels otherwise a perfect stay. The fire pit outside makes for a great place to hangout after a day at the beach.

Great stay, very comfortable, good gathering spaces
Six adults and two children more than comfortably fit in this quaint and clean home away from home. It had everything that we needed and more. Beach access to Kelly Beach was a reasonable walk/bike ride from the home and access to area beaches was an equally easy drive away. Kitchens up and downstairs as well as the dining spaces were plentiful and made preparing and sharing meals a breeze. Our favorite and most looked forward to part of the home each evening was the outdoor fire pit. It was made even nicer with classy Edison lights descending from the second floor balcony down to above the fire pit. Nice corn hole boards and the sound of the waves crashing the shore completed the outdoor experience. Lastly, the beach chairs provided in the shed for use made packing so much easier.
Overall, our family of 3 separate households thoroughly enjoyed coming together at Allagash Splash and would do it again!

Great for multiple families
We had 6 adults and kids ranging from infant to 5yrs old, it worked out perfect! The split levels allowed to keep some separation but still be all together especially in the backyard. It was a great setup to hangout, play, cook and eat. It is hard to find a rental in Bonnet with so much to offer, close to beach and amenities. We definitely plan on renting again when people are in town, had a great stay!
