This house was immaculate large and well suited for our family reunion. Great common areas for gathering yet enough areas for quiet time. The pool complex is perfect as an alternative to the beach. Staff was responsive in answering questions or issues.

Our small business (15 people) met at this house for our annual meeting this past week and it was a great spot! Plenty of bedrooms and tons of places to hang out and meet as a group. Just steps to the beach, and the pool area was fun to hang out in the evenings. We especially appreciated the various refrigerators for such a large group. We hope to come back next year!

We were here for a high school senior spring break trip with multiple families. Every step from research to departure was well explained, easy to navigate, and even enjoyable. April was always quick to answer any questions (sometimes the same one more than once!), and the app - a game changer! I've rented many homes for vacations all over, and the information found within was some helpful. Everyone had access, which made for an even better experience. And the house - well appointed, well cared for, and plenty of room for our 29 people. Cannot wait for another opportunity to stay at a Diamond home!

I held a sales meeting with 11 people for all over the country in Late January. Everything about the house was as advertised and expected. It was VERY clean and well organized. I rent properties every year along the gulf for meetings and this was by far the best kept and cleanest I have ever rented. There is a lot of room in this home and it is a very short 1 min walk to the beach access. We had one small minor issue and the staff was extremely responsive and corrected it quickly. No one should hesitate to rent to property for a family group vacation or a business meeting like I did.

We had a perfect stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood which was truly - just steps from the beach, and very comfortable for our large family. It was pretty pricey, but so worth it.

House was super nice and large enough for our group of 26. Layout of house was a little confusing to figure out which thermostats went to each room. Great communication before and throughout the entire stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Beach Estates. It was the perfect home to house our family. The home had everything that we needed, the space we needed, and extremely comfortable. The staff always checked on us, and was always willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we had an awesome time. They didn't mind us texting or calling day or night. It was a great experience, working with them and staying in their home. We will definitely do it again!

Perfect large home for family reunion of 25! 3 separate floors made it easy to keep families near each other. Plenty of space for conversation, games, dining, and billiards. Close walk to beach, but having a pool was crucial too. We had an outdoor BBQ grill night with games and pool/spa fun. We cooked every day so a large, well stocked kitchen was important. We had an amazing, memorable vacation together. The house perfectly accommodated us all. Everyone was so thankful to have this time together!

Rented this estate for a girls beach weekend. It was so amazing! We loved the pool area and the short walk to the beach. More than enough space for 20 people. The furnishings were beautiful and very comfortable. We can't wait to come back next year!

The house was outstanding so much space! We had a few friends and family for a low key wedding everything was perfect! Only issue we had was the pool and hot tub was supposed to be heated before arrival and it wasn't but someone came within an hour and fixed it so there was only a short delay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The description doesn't do the location justice. It was about half a block to the steps/bridge to the beach. We were able to walk back to the house to get things we needed while spending the day on the beach very easily, as well as use the restroom if needed because it's that close! The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus so people could relax while others cooked dinner, etc. There are so many bedrooms; even with 20 people we had a few empty bedrooms that went unused. Note that there are a ton of very nice beach chairs in the garage! I didn't read that ahead of time and we went and bought some when we arrived and didn't need them! Great place, great location, great host and we will definitely be back!

Great space for our entire family! A few small details cropped up and the maintenance person arrived promptly and fixed the issue. Beautiful, comfortable, and close to the beach! Plenty of bath towels for each bath. Kitchen is well equipped! Outdoor grill, seating area with pool was wonderful for our large family!

This is a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful family vacation. We had 24 people and there were plenty of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, seats at the table to enjoy dinner every night for all. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, the outdoor kitchen and the east walk to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you will need. The maintenance team were very prompt for the one small issue we had on arrival. It was a worry free hassle free wonderful vacation at Sandy Beach Estate. Thank you Diamond Gulf Rentals.

The house is amazing. It is a short walk to the beach. Nice size kitchen. It is a beautiful home. Ridiculous that you have to go buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags though. We weren’t aware of this and had to make a special trip our first day to buy all of that. We didn’t let it upset our trip. Just go with the flow and know you need to bring your own

We just finished a great week during Spring Break at the Sandy Beach Estate in Miramar Beach, just down the road from Destin. The house and the grounds are amazing. There's so many bedrooms we forgot to count them all! They're even numbered so you could assign rooms to a group in advance of arrival, which is a great amenity! The pool area is excellent - basically a whole kitchen out there along with bathrooms / showers. We asked to have the pool heated in advance (and paid a fee for that). It was heated and was at a perfect temp. The hot tub can be heated to "hot tub temp" with the push of a button.
The walk to the beach is maybe 5 minutes, with no roads to cross or traffic to dodge. Easy and close. There are stairs to the beach, just fyi.
There is a Dollar General and a Beach store within walking distance as well, so we didn't need a car the WHOLE WEEK we were there.
We'd love to rent the house again when we're headed to the beach with a large group.

Beautiful property. We loved the home and will recommend the house and Diamond. We understand people abscond with beach towels but do wonder at Diamonds hesitation to leave only one trash bag and no extra toilet paper rolls for the possibility of 42 people for a week long stay considering the price paid for the unit seems a bit tacky. I'm sure you had reasons. Thanks again for a great stay and wonderful weather! Vicky Fisher
