The condo was clean upon arrival however, had a weird smell which lingered the entirety of the stay. The kitchen is also not very useful if you need to cook a meal which made it difficult because a lot of restaurants were closed or difficulty to get to due to the extreme weather. The condo did not have a oven but had a small toaster\air frier on a cart. If you want to eat in, this is not really place for you. A night you could hear every footstep above you. In fact during my stay, it sounded like a herd of elephants were staying above me. The property staff was responsive if sent an email or message through the app. The one thing that was extremely frustrating for someone who has to travel 2.5 hours from the airport is they will charge you an $15 a hour to check in early which is not explained anywhere in the listing.

We loved this property and had an amazing time. It was a tight space for 4 of us but exactly what we needed and expected. There’s a great view from this unit. The hot tubs were right outside our room. The lifts are close (walkable for 8 yo and 11yo) and the locker was very convenient. We will stay here again for sure. I would have liked a slightly deeper coffee table to do a puzzle while also utilizing the kitchen table to eat but the small studio space was maximized to include everything you need while skiing. It was nice to walk for 4-5 min over a scenic small bridge to get coffee from keystoner mountain coffee. It opens earlier than the coffee shop in the mountain house base. The coffee pot in the room also worked great.

The rental was spotlessly clean and exactly what was pictured. What a beautiful, relaxing stay overlooking the mountains. Would recommend to friends and return bookings myself.

The smoke detector kept us up after 1am. Had to argue with emergency contact person to dispatch maintenance. They suggested my wife stand on a chair to disable the device. Not a great idea. Plus, it was a very old hard-wired device that would not open, even for maintenance. And because it was installed 6” from a sprinkler head, they did not want to force it. That smoke detector probably should have been replaced years ago. We were later offered full credit for another stay at that same property. Not even sure how to get credit. They never sent us a written apology and instructions on how to get credit. Very disappointed. Not likely to even use credit if they follow through.

Staff was helpful I broke my tibia and fibula and they was very accommodating. I left place clean dishes all done towels in pile cleaned shower thanks again see you again this winter !! Thanks for y’all’s help with my leg.

This is a bright, spacious studio on the ground floor with easy access to the Mountain House lifts at Keystone. There aren't many evening eating options nearby so come prepared to cook.

No issues with the stay!I don’t like to nit pick, but I do believe there is a safety issue worth mentioning. There are no gutters on the roof above the patio, so the back patio freezes solid with ice and can be slippery when that’s the best place to unbuckle and get out of boots. I think maintenance for this unit should really consider a way for that patio to not freeze up, couple of scary slips and I’m 30. Would look into

Discovery area for beginners at Mountain house? Closed. Granddaughter wanted to learn to ski so went up the only open lift at this area. She was so scared she started walking down. Ski patrol “Wes” came to her rescue and took her down the hill on a sled. A true hero to us! God bless you Wes! He told us of the beginner hill at the top of River Run; why no signs posted is stupid. She could have started on that one. Instead we had to leave before we knew of this. Bad advertising for your guests all the way around. I guess those who stay at the Mountain House side don’t matter. Disappointed Keystone! For what you charge for lifts and such? Inform your guests!!! Give Wes a huge raise! He went over and above to help!

Bed's and pillows comfy, bathroom fine and kitchenette great. Would have liked more spoons for a family and the hairdryer smelt of burning when we tried to use it. My family didn't forgive me for forgetting our swim things for the hot tub - next time we visit! Selection of games and puzzles was a welcome addition for children (and adults!).

I liked that this property had its own car garage. The directions were a little confusion (had to call the office for help locating). Also, the AC did not work as should. The place was in a great location and we enjoyed our short visit.

Had to pick up the key somewhere off site and the address didn’t register on GPS. also had to call someone for help finding once we did pick up the key. Lastly, the AC didn’t work, so it was a warm nights rest. Other than that, great spot and has its own parking garage. Like I said, would stay again.

This was a great place to stay. Nice and relaxing during summer time. Only complaint was the bathtub had a hard time draining other than that it was a great room. There was some construction during our stay that made finding the garage space a little difficult but not impossible to navigate. Definitely will be a place to revisit.

I did not like that this property did not have air conditioning. It was nearly 90 degrees when I arrived at the unit. I called the Property Management Company and was told there were fans. However it took almost two hours to bring the temperature down to an acceptable level.

This property is really well located for getting on and off of the mountain and bus routes. This particular unit in this building is on the main level by the entry and exit of the building, so it's about as convenient as it could possibly be. The owner was happy to accommodate my late check-in, and otherwise I didn't need to reach out to them because everything was good to go. I would happily stay in this unit the next time I come to Keystone.
