We enjoyed our stay. This is a nice property and was very comfortable. We enjoyed that it was on a quiet dead end street.

This rental was very nice, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. My son and I stayed for a baseball event at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex which was lest then 5 minutes away which made it very convenient. It’s also close to the beach, shops and dining. Many thanks to the kind hostess. We had one of our best vacations here. The cottage is perfectly equipped and lovingly furnished. We have missed nothing. The location is also very quiet, so we could relax well. We would definitely come again.

Overall the inside of the house is nice. Definitely older house but nicely decorated for the area. Wish the outside was better maintained (grass was very high in the back). Overall landscaping could have been cleaner. Good amenities inside the house as well!

I first stayed at this property in July of 2022. When u has to return in June of 2023, I instantly searched for tis property and was so happy it was available. It was as easy, clean, convenient and comfortable as the first time I stayed. My son stays at the Jackie Robinson training facility so the proximity is perfect for games. It’s close to beaches and quaint eateries and I did not lack for anything. Once again, if I ever return to Vero beach, I will stay here! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

We spent most evenings with family or friends. If you know your way around Vero Beach and the barrier island, the location is fine no matter what your plans. The neighborhood is modest; some homes nearby could use more upkeep; but this home is pristine. Interior is spacious; beds are excellent!

The house is impeccably maintained, despite a few small problems that can be resolved quickly. In terms of the kitchen, everything is there and we lacked nothing during our long stay. The beds are comfortable and very clean. Both bathrooms have been partially redone and are very clean. One of the bathrooms had a non-functional sliding door when we visited. The living/dining room is pleasant for 4 people and a bit tight for 6 people. The house is in a cul-de-sac and the immediate neighbors are quiet. The proximity of a main road spoils this tranquility a little during rush hour, but pleasant the rest of the time. The backyard is not so suitable for a group of 4 or 6 people since there is no installation to protect against the sun or insects. The paving stone in the backyard is uneven and a little dangerous, especially for children. The small Florida room located at the front is pleasant, but is limited to two people. Kim is a remarkable host and very attentive to the needs of her customers. All in all, this place was pleasant and allowed us to recharge our batteries.

My friend and I were looking for a break from cold weather and decided to come to Florida. We really didn't want to pay for a beach or water front so we settled on this. The property was clean, well appointed, and private. The beds were comfortable and baths well equipped. Vero Beach has plenty of public beach accesses that are 30 minutes or less from the property and shopping is even closer. We were very pleased with our choice.

This house is so cozy & welcoming. The location is perfect & the area was extremely quiet. It is fully stocked with towels, blankets, dishes etc. Kim is great & responds to messages quickly. I highly recommend this property!

The cottage was clean and the location was easily accessible to shopping and the beach area.

The house was clean, bright and welcoming. Kim communicated with us at different points throughout our 2 week visit to make sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues during hurricane Nicole. The house had most of the utensils, pots and pans needed. (We don't go out to eat much at all.) There were lots of towels, blankets, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Overall, it was a very good experience and we'll be back!

We rented here a year ago on vacation and then again this week as we evacuated our home at the last moment for Hurricane Ian. We are so thankful for Kim's flexibility as we decided to come a night early due to the storm. Kim checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable and that we had what we needed. This is a beautiful, clean home on a quiet cul-de-sac, near everything and a host that knows how to make you feel welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home when we are on the east coast of Florida again. Thank you so much Kim!

This property is centrally located and will accommodate any shopping needs, is minutes from several beach access points and is located in an extremely quiet and peaceful area. All my future vacation trips to Vero will include a stay at this location.
