Went for thunder beach bike week and had a blast besides ended up getting sick first day lol. The bed was more comfier than mine at home! Only downfall was we were told by receptionist there was trailer parking on property although there was, it was public parking and have to pay to store our trailer. Thats no fault of the condo owner just Laketown wharf in general so beware if you take a trailer if going for bike week.

We had a relaxing stay. Sad that the weather didn't work out and we had double red flags but otherwise as always beautiful. My only hiccup was getting our key code before we got there but we were able to get in and all was beautiful. Will stay again!

We've stayed at this property twice now. Overall, we enjoy the unit and location. This time, it was Spring Break which meant it was VERY busy (we got lucky and only waited about 1 hour for check-in, it was MUCH worse later). Would suggest staying here, but trying to avoid Spring Break weeks.

Overall, this condo far exceeded my expectations. We were just looking for a relatively inexpensive option for going to the beach in celebration and close out of 2023. We visit PCB a couple times a year and usually pay much more than we paid this trip. I figured being less expensive it wouldn’t be as nice (and clean) as what we have become accustomed to but I was wrong. For a condo that is obviously rented, it was in great shape and was very clean. The walk to the beach was simple and short. The kitchen had all of the utensils and some coffee and other things so I would recommend taking a peek before heading to the grocery. Since we visited “off-season”, it wasn’t very crowded and many of the restaurants and things on the ground floor were closed but that was ok since there’s so much in the area anyway. There’s an ice cream shop that’s connected to the property (although not affiliated) which was a hit with my kids. The fountain / light show at 8PM each night was also very neat. The pictures from the balcony on VRBO don’t do the view justice and they are spectacular. It’s almost as if the condo is on the beach. Just a little to the left when looking over the balcony is a neighborhood of 1/2/3 story homes so its an unobstructed view of the ocean / beach. The only “negative” that is different from other condos we have stayed in is that you do have to pay for parking and amenities. It was like $80 for the 6 nights we were there. Overall, GREAT place and we will return!

When we arrived in PCB for our 25th anniversary trip, we went straight to the ER to find that my husband has a large kidney stone. As the evening wore on, I reaches out to Steve to let him know we were still coming & the reason for the delay. He was so understanding & kind. Beyond that, he messaged me a couple of days later to check on my hubby! That's above & beyond! We stay in condos at least twice a year. This condo was the best "equipped" one we have ever stayed in. In addition to the usual kitchen supplies, there is a cabinet with multiple spices available. The master bedroom closet offered a beach chair, collapsible wagon & oscillating fan. One of the things we loved most in the bedroom was the inclusion of a blackout shade. This was great since the bedroom is on the walkway end of the condo. There were plenty of towels. Most of the time, there is one roll of toilet paper per bathroom & you supply the rest. Here there were spare rolls included. Each sink had very nice handsoaps. Overall, this condo was great! Ill be checking to see if we can rent with Steve next time!

Shannon was great! The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. I usually have to pack or buy all of the things needed for cooking, but everything was already there.

Our condo had everything that we needed! It was a great vacation, and we’re already planning another trip!

Convenient and easily accessible to beach. Close to all needs while staying.

Everything in the condo was clean and great! We had no complaints. We came down for my daughters World Series softball tournament. We enjoyed the condo and Laketown Wharf! There is so much to do near the condo. I was skeptical about the elevators because of past reviews but they worked great. The view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Great location, view, and place to stay!

Took grand kids for a short weekend trip. Overall we love Laketown Warf. The location is absolutely perfect for EVERYTHING. The condo itself was very clean and everything worked well for us. I think that the couch and chairs need updated instead of covered up and the towels and wash cloths as well to a better quality. Other than that no complaints.

Property was very outdated. We were charged an extra $85 for parking, that we were not told about. This is in addition to our $600 plus rental fee. Picture on ad is not the condo. Picture is taken from balcony. AC was very noisy. Woke us up every time it cut on and off. Towels were the size of hand towels. Sink in master bathroom would fill up and drained very slowly. Sofa was old, uncomfortable and stained. Had a tacky brown cover on it to try and hide this. I certainly would not recommend this condo to anyone.

We have always enjoyed renting from u. We never have an issue and the room is always ready on time. We will see you this fall.

Stay and the place was classy, only issue was with the bedding, terrible matress and Pillows sucked. Back ach and terrible headache each morning, otherwise ot was a great place to stay!

Shannon was great to work with. The place was nice, love the view from the balcony. The property was just ok. The elevators were a disaster. So bad we cut the trip short a day. Usually one elevator wasn’t working all the time during the week. If it was 8-10am or 4pm-730pm plan on a 20-25 min wait and no chance of getting my entire family on the same elevator. The beach area by Pineapple Willy’s was full of young underaged kids drinking and smoking weed all day. We decided to drive to another part of the beach miles away from this for 4 out of 7 days. The area is loaded with police (thank goodness) but still not a family friendly area during spring break. This coming from a person that spent over 20 years in Law Enforcement, but I wouldn’t trust my grown kids to go out by themself after dark. The price was right for the place, the weather, waves and beach didn’t disappoint and we made it a great trip. But had to adjust quite a bit to make it a success. Thank goodness Mother Nature was on point! Upgrade to the furniture in the living room would be sweet, couch isn’t the most comfortable and really the only sitting spots besides a couple single chairs that aren’t very comfortable. The wristbands that they enforce never worked for my family the entire week. After the 3rd time trying we gave up and only had 2 out of the 5 working all week. These were needed to enter lots of area on the property. So one of the two of us had to be with everyone in our group to get in.

This is a great condo for long-term stay. The balcony is spacious and well furnished; the kitchen, very well equipped; the location, great for beach, grocery shopping and convenient to other amenities. However, this unit is dated. Carpet and furniture is not suitable for a beach property. The dishwasher didn't work. The property owner Steve was very quick to respond to any concerns we had. This huge complex is well managed and safe; the parking garage excellent.

I've previously rented long term at Laketown Wharf, so there were really no surprises. I've was really impressed with the food vendors on the ground floor, which were not operational when I rented. "The Press" coffee shop was great. We enjoyed take out orders from "The Wharf." The food was hot, tasty and the portions were perfect for the price. I did not experience the pizza, but it sure smelled good! The little bar was cute and cozy. I had some issues with the TV not working in the unit, and did not have it during my stay. Otherwise, everything was good.

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner / managers we quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again ! Thank you very much. Dave

The only negative I can say about the property is when you go to pay for your parking pass you have to pay for it on an app that the front desk sends to you in a text. So you have to get out of the long Check in line and answer a bunch of questions through the app and process your payment on a card through the app then get back in line to show you paid before you get your pass. You should be able to just pay the person at the front desk and get your pass like all other places I’ve stayed. It was time consuming and a hassle just to get a parking pass.

This trip made us realize how much we want to live in the area!!

Price was fare, but they should tell you about the fees and taxes up front when advertising the rental. They should upgrade the quality of the bath towels. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo was very clean

Property owner was easy to communicate with, condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Sometimes property elevators can be a hassle, but not more than the hassle of 19 flights of stairs. :)
