Communication good, easy checking in. Apartment well presented.

Good location, decoration was fine. But there was dirt and spider webs in every corner, behind the toilet, behind the basin. The kitchen floor was floaded with water when we oponed the fridge for the first time.

Perfect location for walking to many amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. The neighbourhood was very quiet. We would highly recommend staying here.

A bottle of wine and tea and coffee was left as a welcome to the apartment. Had everything we needed. And very peaceful.

Location was excellent,having an apartment was great as we could cook and eat whenever. My gripe would be to have better quality pillows and to have outside clean. A lot of rubbish outside the premises.

The apartment it in a great location and has everything you need, nice little outdoor area to sit and chill. There are great bars and restaurants in walking distance and if you want to eat at home there is a Tesco round the corner. I would recommend the black cab political tour and the titanic museum. We had a great time.
