Great location for us as we have a cadet at the Coast Guard Academy. Perfect two bedroom with good sized, open living and dining space! Stocked with everything we needed plus there was a Dollar General just a few blocks away. We will definitely stay here again!

Check in was a breeze, and the unit didnt disappoint it was away from the fray yet everything you needed right within the neighborhood it was clean and just like the photos...nights were quite!... minutes from ocean state park, an absolute gem! 20 minutes from mystic seaport and check out was also a breeze. Id definitely come back😊

The home was beautifully decorated and super clean. Beds were comfortable, ACs in the bedrooms were great, and Pedro was a helpful host! Great place to stay!

This was an alternative to a hotel for a volleyball tournament and it did not disappoint! So clean and cute. It was close to Mohegan Sun and very comfortable! All of the little extra amenities were very appreciated.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The upper deck is perfect for morning coffee. Despite being on a fairly busy street and above a hair salon, we had no noise problems. Host was extremely responsive when we had a minor issue with the heat. Couldn't ask for anything better.

The cleanest VRBO rental we have ever rented! Great apartment to rent and the beds were comfy. Short drive to Mystic and other surrounding areas. Quiet apartment although at night you can hear cars drive by. Besides that, we highly recommend if you are in the area!

My husband, teenage son and I were in the area for a volleyball tournament (@ the Mohegan Sun). We were pleased to have this immaculate little apartment to come back to at the end two days of being surrounded by people and noise. It was just the right size for the three of us, and the 20-minute drive to the venue was easy.

I found the property on-line and the owner response to my request was almost immediate. The apartment is nicely upgraded, and exceeder my expectations. I was looking for an alternative to a very expensive hotel room for a class reunion, and this well equipped and apportioned apartment were like a home away from home, at a fraction of the hotel room cost. A great place to unwind an relax after event filled days. I gave the property a full 5 star review with the exception of location only because it was on the second floor as some folks may have difficulty climbing stairs. For me, that was not a detractor or aproblem.

Apartment was just as advertised. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great central and convenient location.

The unit is attractively decorated and efficiently designed. It worked beautifully for us. Quite comfortable to have two bedrooms and the lovely bathroom is en suite to one bedroom and has a second hall door entry which made it perfect for us. Completely outfitted with beautiful dishes and everything you need in a kitchen to actually cook. Lots of little extras like bottles of water, sugar, creamer, coffee, olive oil, granola bars, makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Nice big TVs. Love the touchpad keyless entry. A little road noise but not that much... not bothersome at all. Across the road from laundromat. Close to other shopping. Will definitely stay there again!

The apartment was very nice and relaxing. There were little details everywhere that made it feel welcoming and right at home.

The property is very clean and decorated well. While the immediate neighborhood might lack things to do, it is a short drive to find activities….20 minutes to Mystic, 20-30 minutes to the beach…overall it was a great place and the host was very responsive.

We recently booked Pedro's apartment for the long weekend leading up to my daughter's swearing-in at the US Coast Guard Academy. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean, extremely well-appointed, and very, very comfortable. Pedro provided everything that we needed, including cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. The location was ideal, both in terms of proximity to the Academy and the availability of dining and shopping options. If you are traveling to the Waterford / New London area, and need accomodations for up to four guests, this is an ideal option. Thank you, Pedro.

My stay in this VRBO was nothing short of excellent. The bed was comfortable, very clean, updated furniture and great location. There were a few very good restaurants nearby. My favorite was NV Bakery, about a five minute walk. Pedro was personable and very accomodating.

Wonderful host. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Great accommodations. Well stocked rental. Would stay here again without a second thought. Thank you Pedro.

Place was freshly renovated. Many nice little shops close by and nv bakery was awesome. And across the street has the best buff chick grinder I’ve had in ct. Off a busier road but apartment was very homely

I planned a weekend getaway a with my two daughters, ages 16 and 12. This time away was MUCH needed after the recent tragic loss of my mother. We were looking to visit Mystic and this apartment in Waterford was a very convenient location…..only 12 minutes to Mystic. Unfortunately, our planned three night vacation was cut short due to hurricane Henri that rolled through town after a day there. We decided it was best to head home and not risk our safety. Pedro felt sympathetic to our vaca ending early and he graciously refunded $100 for the inconvenience of the storm. It was so thoughtful and kind of him to do when he clearly did not have to do so. In the 24 hours we were in Waterford/Mystic we had a great time. Mystic Pizza for dinner, When pigs fly for breakfast, olde mystic village for shopping, Mystic Aquarium, dinner at Go Fish. We were looking for a nice beach to quickly stop at before we headed home. Pedros wife suggested McCooks beach….what a beautiful spot. My girls and I thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit there….thank you Kirsis!! The apartment was top notch and beautifully decorated. There was nothing they missed…from cleanliness to the decor. There were many extra little touches that we loved…basket of snacks, bottled water in fridge, nice body lotion in bathroom and bedroom for use, extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours (which we did!) and coffee bar. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed this beautiful vacation rental.

Pedro’s place was by far one of the cleanest places I have stayed at!! The check in process was extremely easy. Communication with Pedro was great. The place was super cute and had everything we needed. I will definitely we staying here again!!

Communication with owners was excellent, prompt, very responsive! Our VRBO was beautiful, new, clean! Convenient (with car) to many things; Sub marine museum, Base, Mystic Seaport, etc

This apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed for our visit. Our daughter graduated from Connecticut College and this rental was about 15-20 min away. The bed was so comfortable! Our host left us a bottle of wine and a congrats note, which was so kind! We would definitely rent again if we are ever back in that area! Thanks!

It was very simple to request to rent this property. The property manager got back to me immediately. Instructions were given in a timely manner. The host was very friendly and made it easy to reach out with any questions or concerns. The property manager made a point to meet us in person to greet us. The apartment was very well kept.
