Esta casa de vacaciones tan agradable en Exeter lo pone todo a tu alcance. Estarás a 7 min a pie de Piscina de Topsham y a 13 min de Museo Topsham. El alojamiento dispone de aparcamiento en las instalaciones, así que olvídate de tu vehículo y sal a pasear.
Si te apetece ampliar tus horizontes y conocer otros lugares cercanos, estarás a 7 min a pie de la Estación de tren de Topsham, de modo que coger el tren te resultará muy sencillo.
Este alojamiento de 3 dormitorios y 1.5 baños cuenta con una sala de estar, un sofá cama, chimenea y escritorio. Disfruta del wifi gratis y de la televisión. El cuarto de baño incluye un secador de pelo y toallas. Prepara una comida casera en la cocina, equipada con horno, frigorífico y lavavajillas, además de cafetera y tetera, microondas y utensilios de cocina. Amazing cottage with all the amenities you could want. Parking is a plus with plenty in walking distance. Also close to the university where we were dropping our daughter off.

We stayed at Frog Palace for a long weekend primarily to watch rugby at Sandy Park and found it to be the perfect base.
It was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. Parking was a bonus as was being dog friendly. Rachel was a very attentive host.

Downstairs ok as it has been extended so there is a fully functional kitchen. Nice touches like toilet roll, hand soap, cleaning bits provided too.
Back yard tatty though. 1st floor double bedroom has what should be a built in wardrobe but it was unfinished, untidy and not useable. 2nd floor double room in the attic did not have a working blind so light was coming in at all times. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were useless and bedding tatty (for all 3 bedrooms). Slept on the sofa bed twice but no better really. No wardrobe, just a small rail to hang clothes from. Very noisy as glazing was insuffiicient Single room the same but even more noisy, like you were sleeping out on the High Street. I know it is an old house but it needs tidying up and quality beds/bedding/towels to make it an enjoyable stay. Returned home more tired than when I arrived. Cannot recommend.

The town centre with shops & restaurants is only a short stroll away & there is a brilliant children’s playground only 2 minutes walk away near the river. The private, enclosed parking was ideal & we enjoyed eating al fresco in the courtyard outside space. WiFi a little slow, especially if using multiple devices but this wasn’t a major problem for us. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Perfect little palace in Topsham

The private, enclosed parking was ideal & we enjoyed eating al fresco in the courtyard outside space. WiFi a little slow, especially if using multiple devices but this wasn’t a major problem for us. Would definitely come back to stay here again.
