We had 6 guys on a golf vacation. 1025 Diamondhead had it all. Great kitchen with everything we needed for cooking and drinking. Nice size dining room table, tv room, and lounge area. Great deck with grille. Bedrooms were what was needed. The pool table and card table was a great addition after rounds of golf. A great value in a great location. Very near anything you needed. This is our fourth year staying at this great house. The house is so spacious that 10 golfers fit with no issues. Other places we’ve stayed didn’t compare to this house. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the large outside deck was awesome. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Ideally located for golfers. Home is perfect for eight, with each person getting a full size bed or better. More than enough space to enjoy yourselves and plenty of room to prepare your own meals and kick back and enjoy. We will be back each time as long as the unit is available.

Had a wonderful stay for a 5 family Father/Daughter weekend outing. The house was perfect for our group, multiple beds in all 5 bedrooms made sleeping for a large and diverse group easy, and the accommodations were excellent. Everything was comfortable and the house made for a fun getaway. This would be perfect for a guys golf getaway, or a weekend getaway for multiple families.

What an epic weekend and this house made it even better. We had plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space to hangout even with the size of our group. Having the downstairs game room was awesome we mainly hangout in that room all weekend. Location was awesome right down road from Pinehurst Country Club and surrounded by golf courses. Plenty of space for cars to park. We fit two in the garage and 6 in the driveway just overall an amazing weekend.

Very nice house in a great location. Great layout with plenty of room for 8. Only minor complaint was that beds in Master Bedroom had seen better days. I would stay here again when back in the Pinehurst area.

This home is the perfect set-up for 8 golfers. Lots of rooms with plenty of beds and all the after-golf entertainment to make for perfect golf weekend. We would definitely book this same house on a return to Pinehurst.

This was my 2nd time at this property and it was equally satisfying. The space and layout was very accommodating for several families at once. The game room in the basement was the center of attention for the kids and young adults. 5 stars once again.

This is a comfortable spacious home. Great accommodations for family my family. We loved the pool table, card, table, putting room, theater, and fire pit, it was a reunion for my family, children and grandchildren and we all had a wonderful time. Plenty of seating for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The tubs and showers were still quite dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves. We also found some issues we needed to repair from the previous guests who were very disrespectful of this wonderful home. We would definitely stay again.

Sandhills & Marcus were super responsive to challenging situation for my 80+ year old mother. Her AC went down and would take more than a 5 days to repair with 90 degree temperatures not livable.
This property was very close to her house and Marcus got us booked the same day! This was a life saver for my mother. The property was perfect.

It was a great golf trip in Pinehurst for myself and some friends, appreciate you accommodating us! I spoke with someone from Sandhills about a chair that gave out with someone sitting in it in the basement and it looked previously repaired, just wanted to bring it to attention, I submitted an email with pictures showing the different chairs. Feel free to contact with any questions regarding it and the deposit! Thank you.

This house really surprised us because pictures don’t do justice to the place! Our kids were super excited about the house. We were very comfortable. Very clean, the game room and theater were amazing. The kitchen, the outdoor areas, everything was amazing. Super clean, and very well equipped. Thank you! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to visit my family.
