We absolutely loved this unit. We will definitely be back next time we visit Cottonwood. It is in a great location and has everything you need and more. We enjoyed listening to the music while sitting in the patio.

This is a GREAT place to stay in Old Town Cottonwood. It's right on Main St. so you can enjoy all that Cottonwood has to offer without driving.
Patty & Michael are the perfect on-site hosts who are more than willing to take care of any needs you have but also give you the freedom to enjoy your stay without being hassled.

Great Place in Old Town Cottonwood. The house was spotless. Perfect Location to walk to restaurants, wine tasting, shopping or just sitting on the front porch and people watch. Only a short drive to Sedona. The host were very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend.

The title of the review covers it well. It's a beautiful, newer property and very well-appointed and spotless. The location in Old-Town Cottonwood can't be beat...the best restaurant in downtown (Pizzeria Bocce) is practically across the street and the best beer selection (Copper Jackalope) is right next to that. Also, the trailhead for the Jail Trail is right next door. Patty was extremely prompt and friendly in our communications. A+.

The hosts Michael and Patti were so very gracious and accommodating. We felt so welcome by them both.
The condo was perfectly appointed! They did not miss a trick! Comfort doesn’t even begin to say it. Location - none better. Cannot beat the patio for socializing. We will definitely be back. We are talking about making it a quarterly trip. I lived in Cottonwood for 6 years and watched it go up. It doesn’t get better. Love, love, love it all! Joyce

You can’t do better than this! Patty and Michael have all the amenities covered in a clean, comfortable, and convenient location in the Sedona area. Mattresses and linens are quality. The old town area of Cottonwood has shops and eateries within easy walking distance. Four stayed here 03/25-27/24 and were totally pleased with the stay.

This is a very comfortable spot to stay in the perfect location. Everything was very clean, seemed brand new and very comfortable. We loved having the king size beds since our kids are getting so big now! I had to bake an apple pie to bring to Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was perfect to work in. Thank you for letting us stay in your adorable loft on Main

We had such an amazing time at the Bootlegger’s Loft! This location is truly a gem! The condo is beautiful, the hosts were amazing and the location is the best! We were able to enjoy the patio and hear live music from across the street - perfect for us! We cannot wait to visit again!

Property is newly decorated and perfectly clean. Looks just like the pictures. It's right on the main street and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio with a bottle of wine and listening to live music across the street. Just perfect!

The Bootlegger is an amazing place to stay. It was just my wife and I but it is a two bedroom and it has a lot of space inside and out. Patty was a delight to deal with. We didnt get into town until 8pm on Friday and my app wasnt loading to read the directions so I called her. They were in New Jersey! At least 3 hours ahead and Patty answered the first call. She was very helpful and we had no issues (my fault) the rest of our trip. We will be back to this one.

Location was absolutely perfect for our annual girls trip to go winetasting. There were six of us so we reserved both lofts. The home was beautifully designed and everything was new and comfortable and clean. Beds were large and comfy, kitchens and bathrooms were perfectly stocked, living spaces were beautiful. The outdoor space was wonderful and secure. Parking directly behind the units was helpful.
The hosts are incredibly generous, and helped us with the minor issues that we had providing quick correction. You will not find a better location in old town. We were walking distance to dozens of shops, bars, restaurants, and only about a 20 minute drive to the best wineries and vineyards in the region. Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back.

One of the greatest condos we've ever stayed in! Extremely clean, very nicely appointed, decor was very enjoyable, loved the little labels to help out with directions.

What can I say? This condo exceeded all my expectations!! It’s positively gorgeous inside, with luxury appointments, beautiful rooms and plenty of space to spread out and settle in for a few days. Cottonwood is a darling town with great shopping and restaurants, and is only a short 20 minute drive to Sedona. Definitely grab dinner at the Belfry or Nic’s Italian, and breakfast at Crema. The hillside town of Jerome is also worth the short drive to check out.
This may have been our first visit to Arizona and Cottonwood, but it won’t be our last!!

The Bootlegger's Loft is the perfect place to stay in Cottonwood. You can't beat the location and the loft is spotless and comfortable. Patty is accomodating and wonderful to communicate with. We won't stay anywhere else when visiting Cottonwood!

We loved Cottonwood and we loved Michael and Patty’s place. They live upstairs and were so friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful. Cottonwood has some good restaurants and is easily accessible to wonderful hikes. Highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable, the condo was well-stocked with everything we could ask for and the owners were lovely and responsive. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We loved cottonwood and all of the areas we explored and were so happy to be out of the Sedona craziness. This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we’ve been in and we would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome rental in Cottonwood!
My husband and I rented the downstairs 2-bedroom unit that we were able to rent as a 1-bedroom with a reduced rate. The owner simply locked off the second bedroom and we still had use of the second bathroom in the hallway. This loft is perfectly located on Main Street within walking distance to shops, tasting rooms and restaurants. It is meticulously clean and the owners are very responsive. It was so easy to check in and there's a parking spot in the back. The owners thought of everything for this loft from the extremely comfortable bed/bedding, towels, fireplace, heater fan in the bathroom, and even dimmer switches. It is very spacious and we can't wait to rent it again and enjoy the outside patio area in warmer weather. This will be our go-to place in Cottonwood from now on! Thanks Patty and Michael for making our stay wonderful!

Perfect location
We can’t be happier that we stayed in this home for a three night get away in beautiful Old Town Cottonwood. We were able to casually see some of the sights, enjoy the atmosphere of the town and surrounding people and easily walk back to our home for the night. Being centrally located to Jerome, Sedona, Verde Valley Train and so much more was a plus for the next two days.
The home was decorated beautifully. The home had everything one could need for a relaxing evening, streaming channels on the television was a plus, coffee available for morning brew and the kitchen was fully stocked. The newly remodeled touches did not go unnoticed!
Patty was wonderful to work with and made check-in / checking -out a breeze. We look forward to visiting this hidden gem of Arizona again.

The space is beautiful, accessible, and fantastic location. Spent Christmas here with 85yo Dad recovering from chemo - could walk (less than 2 blocks) to hiking trails to the river, winetasting(s), pizza by a fire pit, antiques, etc. Great all round!

Best in Cottonwood
This place is everything you see and more. The little touches like a complementary gallon of water already chilled in the fridge upon arrival, individual makeup wipes, and even white noise machines in each of the bedrooms....who thinks of these things? Well, Patty and Michael do and are THE BEST hosts I have ever dealt with from a rental. Everything in the unit is brand new, the beds are incredibly comfortable. We loved the live music on Friday and Saturday nights across the street! Being on Main St makes it so convenient!

Perfect stay
This is a perfect place to stay! Everything was great and the rooms were bigger than we thought from the pictures. Also, it is the best location to stroll around the shops and restaurants while still being a quiet place to rest.
