Right in old town. Easy walk to everything. Lots of shopping close by. A great grocery store to buy all you need to cook and have a night in. The place is spacious.

The location of the apartment was very convenient but a bit difficult to find. One of the managers met us at the apartment with his daughter who spoke a little English. I wish there would have been an instruction sheet for such things as garbage disposal, how to turn on the heat, a city map and check out instructions. The apartment could also use an upgrade on the coffee maker. Overall the apartment was very clean and cozy. We spent most of our time out in Siena or on other trips. You could hear the neighbors taking but by 10:00 pm, it was very quiet. Overall, a great stay.

Great location. Kind and communicative management. Easy in and out. Quiet and lovely in the evening and in the mornings. Comfortable beds, two decent showers and a nice dining room table. We did no cooking, everything is in walking distance.

This apartment is large, very comfortable .The kitchen, though small, was very well organized and filled with all one could need. We were pleased to find good lighting and comfortable couches as we enjoy reading in the evening. The location is excellent - in easy walking distance to the historic sites and good restaurants.

Nice apartment. Comfortable. Has what you need. Bathrooms on different floor than bedrooms only draw back. Very clean and Franchesca was amazingly helpful. Parking outside the walls worked well. Overall very pleased.

The property is perfect. Just off the Main Street to the Campo but those few meters make all the difference to the tranquility of the property - as does the little courtyard by which you access it. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Francesca could not have been more helpful and even accommodated a slightly early entrance to the property. Would recommend this property very highly.

This is a fabulous place. Excellent location, well appointed. Very clean and quiet and located near all of the great sites in the old city. Francesca is fabulous. She is incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind. She gave us all sorts of terrific tips. We also rented a car from her for the day, which was fabulous. Again she gave us all sorts of terrific tips of where to go, and if you want she can also set up tours for you. I would highly recommend renting this location and having Francesca help you with your time in Siena.

Zeer prettige woning. Zeer stil gelegen. En toch in het oude centrum van Siena. Zeer schoon. Goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Winkels, restaurants en alle highlights vlakbij. Zeer aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw. Als je Siena wilt zien ga naar dit adres.

We loved staying at Francesca's place. The house is huge with 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big lounge room and kitchen. The only thing we found was that the shower was tiny, but that it quite typical for Italy I think. Francesca gave us lots of helpful tips for Siena and Palio and was kind enough to let us have a late check out as our bus didn't leave until late afternoon.

Stilvoll renovierte und eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen, sehr ruhige Lage, angenehm kühl an warmen Tagen, bequeme Betten, großes Wohnzimmer. Und vor allem: sehr herzliche und bemühte Vermieterin mit vielen guten Tips. Die von ihr angebotene und durchgeführte Weinprobe in der Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Immobile in perfette condizioni anche piu' dell'atteso. Locale centralissimo a pochi passi dal cuore della citta', accoglienza squisita. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente appagati dal nostro soggiorno.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything you could need. Located about 5 mins walk from Piazza del Campo and 15 min walk from train station. Francesca and Silvia were the perfect hosts. Always on hand and contactable any time. We booked Francesco (Francesca’s husband) as our driver for airport transfers and to drop us in San Gimignano. Francesca and Silvia were there to welcome us on our arrival and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always able to give advice on everything and has a great knowledge of the area. The apartment is amazing and so peaceful!. We had an absolutely fabulous time and thank you Francesca for being a great host and thank you Silvia for letting us stay in this great place!

Grosszügige Wohnung im ruhigen Wohngebiet von Ravacciano. Ideal für zwei Personen, da 2x gleichgrosse Zimmer und Bad. Mit Bus bis Innenstadt möglich. Zu Fuss ca. 15 Minuten. Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien (Schwingbesen, Sparschäler, Weinöffner fehlten) eher dürftig. Ansonsten haben alle Küchengeräte sowie Waschmaschine funktioniert. Grosse und gute Betten. Gute Betreuung durch Vermieter.
