We had a great time with 3 different families with teens. Plenty of room and game room was terrific! Kitchen well equipped for cooking.
The floors were a bit dirty/slippery so I recommend bringing house shoes.
The location was a quick drive (or easy bike ride) to the town and beach.. thanks so much!

This house is spacious and the game room was excellent. The best part was the location. It was close to the beach and to the shopping area. And great food options also. Easily 10 out of 10!!

Great property! We enjoyed the air hockey and foosball table and the location. Close enough the DE Turf fields but a fun location in Rehobeth Beach! We did replace the propane tank so would could grill and we used Amazon to restock the foosball’s for the foosball table but it was a small price to pay for the great lodging!!!

This place was great, clean and very accommodating. It allowed us to hang out, and have fun while lounging and playing games. Would definitely go back!!

we stayed a few days for some shopping and dining in the area- the house is located conveniently close to 1 shopping areas-but is on a main road- you can hear traffic at times but it’s not bad, and you are adjacent to an area to walk with your dog if needed- the keyless entry is the easiest ive ever used- the house has everything u might need for a stay including a start on paper supplies- the game room is great- loved the shuffleboard- the host is very responsive and accommodating- we will definitely stay again when visiting-

Great location minutes from the beach. Wonderful neighborhood. The property is just as described. Game room was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when coming to Rehoboth Beach!

Awesome location, near amenities and only 10 min from the beach. Great number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Had a major house issue come up in the middle of the stay and it took hours for the owners to respond but when they finally did, they took care to fix the problem. Would stay again.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the home and location. The home was well decorated and well kept. The game room was used and some of the table games were missing game pieces but we made it work. A few appliances had clearly not been treated well by previous clients so we spent some time cleaning before we could safely use them. The best part of our stay was the host.. she was kind & responsive.

We were so sad to pack up and leave on our last day. We LOVED this single home tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from all the chaos of Rehoboth. The beach is a short just under 10 minute drive, and the outlets are easily a 2 minute drive. Check-in to the house was an easy process. It was very organized, clean, and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. The neighborhood was great for walking our Cavapoodle. My boys spent most of the time in the game room playing fuseball and air hockey. I loved spending time on the back porch w/ my book. We would love to come back next summer. Don't delay - book TODAY!

This house checked all the boxes for us! The location is great and convenient to both the beach and shopping. It was clean with no odors and the decor was current. The game room is a nice bonus, along with the board games that had us laughing until we cried! It’s an overall nice place to stay and we look forward to returning next year:))

First stayed here July 2021, back again this year for our annual 4th of July beach trip to Lewes!
Excellent location & easy access parking, off a main road.. beautiful, clean home, plenty of amenities (including beach chairs!), prompt communication by owner & the spacious game room is a highlight!
Wish we could’ve stayed an extra day, just to hangout at the house.. and try out the grill/deck:) Never enough time, as we’re off to nearby beaches, the water slides & visiting with family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We couldnt have asked for a better location. We made it out on Cape Henlopen, to the outlets, mini golf, boardwalk and dinner all with a drive time of 5-30 min. Megan was very responsive when we had to reach out. We are definitely going to keep this on our places to stay again when we make it back to rehoboth

This place was perfect for our week-long stay. The kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables. Right off the main road and on a dead-end street. It was so nice to be able to walk the small neighbourhood (especially with the dog) and not have to worry about traffic. The grocery store and wal-mart right down the road really made it easy to grab what we needed for cooking and avoiding eating out for every meal.
Being able to bring our dog made this place so worth it. It has a small yard we were able to use to let her get some energy out for the morning before we headed out for a bit. Later in the day it was a short drive to Cape Henlopen state park where we could really throw a ball and let her run.

Great location, close to shopping and restuarants, close to beach and downtown area. House provides many ammenties, game room, plenty of eating areas, nice living room area.Nice large bedrooms. Very quiet neighborhood. Wonderful deck area and plenty of room in backyard off the deck area. Check in was easy. It was perfect for a family getaway or group of friends to vacation together. Overall a great experience. Thanks for sharing your home.

Had a great stay at Megan’s place (is that her name?). 5 kids ages 4-17 all enjoyed and the game room was a hit. Host was extremely responsive. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Family of 4, 2 kids 12 and under. Had a great stay here for a week. Very clean, cozy, spacious, and located near everything Rehobeth Beach has to offer. Great communication with host, would definitely stay again.

Great location!
This was our first time visiting Delaware and we absolutely loved it! The location is great and you are so close to so many options. We spent time in Dewey and Bethany as well which are quick drives and also found a lot of great places right off the main road. The house is super cozy and we were able to bring our dog which makes traveling so much easier. Large Grocery store
Is around the corner if you forget any last minute things but they house is well equipped with more than enough essentials. Thank you for giving us such a comfortable place to stay for our first time.

Centrally located, well stocked game room!
This property is centrally located for those interested in more than Rehoboth Beach. We shopped at the outlets, had fabulous dinners nearby and explored Lewes too. We absolutely loved our stay. There was a faulty shade the owner fixed within an hours notice. Tbh we would’ve been fine without the fix and really appreciated their attentiveness. Our little one absolutely loved the games, stuffys and toys. Our dog was welcomed with a toy and he sure did enjoy it! If there is one piece of advice to share I’d say the grill needs cleaning and some maintenance. We were looking forward to an evening of back deck relaxation but skipped it because the grill was pretty grimy. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us! We had an amazing time! (:

Excellent Location and Lovely house
Well kept home, big kitchen, lots of room for 10 people. The surroundings area quite, 4 min/car to beach, shopping close by and the family loved the game room and games. Everyone enjoyed this Lovely house.

House is in a great location for easy access to the beaches, groceries, shopping, and various other entertainment. Plenty of parking, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, has a fun game room and nice deck with a good grill. Host is very responsive. We've already booked again for next year.

The oroperty was just what we needed for a 40th Birthday girls getaway! The house was clean and spacious. The game room was awesome! The kitchen was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again when back in Rehoboth.

Clean, friendly, fun!
Very nice clean house with fun accommodations close to the beach, plenty of parking and in a neighborhood that we walked the dog every morning. It's close to restaurants with Fin's even in walking distance. It's a short drive to the beach and boardwalk shopping areas. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Great 2 weeks. House locality was great with both Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Delaware close. Weather allowed very enjoyable visits to Cape Henlopen State Park, Ocean City Maryland, Outlets and Rehoboth itself. With only 2 of us we did not use the game room much. Did cook on the grill outside twice.
