Very spacious and a good location

The house was dirty, the bathroom downstairs didn't have a toliet seat (we were not able to invite our elderly family members over). The toliet seat had been left in the closet with the vacuum. Maintenance did come out the next day but I really felt the problem could have been fixed the 1st night. Floors were badly stained, food debris in several places (under couch, in the couch, refrigerator/freezer, unclean kitchenware). Furniture is stained and looks like it came from a thrift store (as does the mismatched dishes and cookware) Paint cans and other miscellaneous flammable items left in front on the furnace. Screens are torn, decks are very weathered and look like they may have safety issues. This is a large spacious house that has a lot of potential but does not receive the care needed to charge the price that it's listed for.

Great Space for family. Lots of games for kids.

No a/c. Wasn't aware of 4 car rule until after booking.
