The amenities were very nice.

There was a party above us that went on until 3am when I finally called security to complain. There were also constant blinking lights from smoke detectors that made it hard to fall asleep

The included breakfast is the best I've ever seen. The smoked sausage was the best I've ever eaten. I'd love to know what brand this was.

The furnishings are a little cold and contemporary. I like more comfortable articles (plushy, soft, warm lighting, etc.)

Great location. Great Continental breakfast. Indoor pool.

Expensive once you factor in $100 deposit and having to pay to park is enough to look for another property on our next trip to Atlanta.

The housekeeper knocked on out door at 9:48 to clean up. So we didn’t get to stay until Checkout. I thought check was at 11.

The omelets were delicious. The staff making them were really nice and attentive.

The hot station was ok. A lot of what was hot was luke warm.

I booked this hotel several months in advance and the room I was supposed to have and paid for was sold out and the rate I paid wasn’t adjusted for that reason either. The staff claimed they never saw my reservation come up in the computer. And all Embassy Hotels I’ve ever been too weren’t like this one. It was a small room and housekeeping service only comes when you call before 8am. For the money I spent , the value didn’t match at all.

The room I originally book online King suit Iwas given to someone else and we end up with a suit with 2 queen bed. And when we went to the room on 6th floor. The room was not cleaned. Was then moved to 4th floor. didn't get any sleep, because someone next door play there Loud Music all night long even after security was call to assist. The gentleman at front desk was nice doing the process.

Booking.com charged me twice and still hasn’t reimbursed me for that and I need my money asap!

I've stayed at Embassy Suites for decades and have always received great service. However, on this occasion, I wanted for over three hours for my room that wasn't ready. I finally canceled my reservation and booked a room at a different hotel.

The internet wasn’t working, paying for parking and had an reservation, loud noise on the hall I was on.

This property is located in the perfect area. Safe, light traffic and close to the plenty of shopping!

The front desk staff were horrible and rude. They never communicated professionally or looked you in the eye while talking to you. They stayed on their cell phones while TRYING TO HELP. The property had no towels the entire weekend we were there. We were told every time we would ask for towels that they are a full house and it’s not there fault they don’t have towels. After checking in, we had to go purchase our own towels each day.

Very clean. Also the 5pm-6:30 snacks and complimentary drinks and snacks
