My husband and I booked this rental for a much-needed getaway. The overall experience was good. Very disappointed with the lack of cleaning on the hosts/management's part. I'm questioning the hefty cleaning fee as well as other guests? $177+ a $40 service charge? Where does that money go?! The house was not clean when we arrived. Dust bunnies under the beds, nail clippings on the rug, spilled Cocco/coffee on the shelf that covered the coffee maker below, used tissues under the dresser, dead wasps on the carpet I could go on and on. I would recommend avoiding the broken-down bed in the master bedroom, the 2x4 quick fix puts the head of the bed at a downward slope. Cozy seating would have been nice for the lounge area and a tv in the second bedroom. The jacuzzi is definitely the jewel to this property. The location is close to everything.
