My wife and I and our four children two daughter in laws and two grand children had a wonderful time celebrating four birthdays. The house is beautiful with a kitchen and dining room able to accommodate the ten of us. The location close to beach was great for the two year old grand children. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Five stars are not enough to rate this property !!! I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this was by far the best I have rented. Seven of us who have been friends for over 40 years were getting together in the area for a wedding of one of our sons. It was an awesome place to hang out in between all the events. If it hadn't rained we could have enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk a ton more, they are great spots to stretch your legs or enjoy the sunshine. But what shone the most was the attention to detail that was put into preparing this home to be a rental as well as the obvious caring renovations that were done. Most rentals leave you a little bit of this and a little bit of that. This kitchen was phenomenally stocked with enough for more than eight people, every bathroom had at least two rolls of toilet paper in it. That sounds like a small thing, but it is not when you arrive late in the evening. Shampoos and soaps were provided, the towels were all in great shape as well as the bedding. There was a vacuum on every floor, the light switches were all labeled, there were instructions setting the HVAC, about what to do with the trash, and for departure. There were spare batteries for the clocks and remote controls...I could go on and on. And the two times we reached out to the owner with questions we received prompt responses to assist us with what we needed. If we are vacationing together again in this area we would definitely try to book this property again.

What A treat to be able to stay in this lovely home. It’s a block from the beach has many beautiful places to sit and chat or read a book. Every bedroom is large, beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. Janet and her team are very communicative and easy to deal with. I can’t wait to get back there sometime soon.

Our family rented this house for a long weekend in order to be together for a memorial service. We all traveled from outside of NJ and we were so happy with the accommodations and our host was excellent with communications. The house is beautiful. It was super clean and spacious for all the adults in the house. The kitchen is top notch with updated appliances and all the equipment you would need. There was plenty of comfortable places to relax and spend time together. Even though we rented in late October we had beautiful weather and took advantage of the 2nd floor porch that had great views. The house is one block from a beautiful beach with a boardwalk that we walked on every day. This is a fabulous house and a fantastic location and I would rent this again in a second.

We have rented many houses in Ocean Grove through the years. This is, by far, our best experience. The house was very clean and the location was great!! The house was very well maintained and everything was in working order! There were times when renting other houses that we had to make repairs to things or change light bulbs, etc. everything was well taken care of. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable!! We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends!! Really liked the cooler drawers in the kitchen for drinks, freeing up space in the refrigerator!

This was the perfect home for our family! We had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. We loved sitting on the second floor porch and the kids had the best time in the game room! Foosball tournament agin next year—I hope!

This is the second time we’re staying here, and it was—like last time—an 11 out of 10. The property is beautiful, the walk to the beach is nothing, and the porch and balcony are the perfect Ocean Grove charm we come for. There is plenty of space for kids to play, bedrooms and showers galore (not waiting your turn for a shower after a long day at the beach is a total plus), and the master bedroom is one of a kind. The house is clean and updated, but it is still very homey and has tons of character—beachy but with Victorian charm. The property manager is available at the drop of a hat if you need anything, but he is totally out of your way so you feel totally comfortable to go about your business. Can’t say enough!!!

This property is in a great location 2 blocks from the beach and a block over from main street. Bedrooms were cozy and spacious, you could see the ocean from the top porch. The kitchen was so well equipped for cooking dinner each night. Linens and towels were well stocked. They had lots of chairs/ extra beach towels and a wagon to pull down to the beach. I highly recommend this property to for family vacations, couples trips etc. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is lovely, very thoughtfully and beautifully restored with every amenity. Location is perfect, closet to both the beach and town.

The property exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views. We were able to comfortably host family and friends. The entire house is well stocked and feels like a home away from home. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries. This was our favorite vacation rental. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Booked house for a family get together and could not have been happier with our choice. The bedrooms are all large and spaced out well across the top two floors - master BR is fantastic. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Great entertaining space - tv/rec room with deck/ocean views upstairs and a big and more then well stocked kitchen with dining room and living room downstairs. Already talking about when we can get back again. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

The house is eclectic, comfortable, and great for a big family or group of friends. The location is fantastic - steps from the boardwalk and beautiful beach.

We loved our time in this beautiful home. Perfect location- short walk to the beach and town. House had tons of room for our group, with many options to relax and sprawl out both inside and outside. Well stocked kitchen, modern appliances, comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms Janet was a great host and answered all of our questions fairly quickly and was also very accommodating. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful location which was close to the beach and shops/restaurants on Main St. House was clean and roomie for all!

Overall, it was a great stay. Location to beach was solid, even though the town is a bit stuck in the 1800’s with beach closures until noon Sunday and completely dry (thank goodness for Asbury). A few small items were a bit disappointing, but communication was solid and resolved quickly. House had a ton of character and we enjoyed it

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Janet's beautiful home. Everything was provided, no need to bring anything but yourself! The house is amazing! Perfect location, steps to the beach and central to everything Ocean Grove and Asbury Park has to offer. You can't go wrong with booking a stay here!

We had a lovely surprise when we arrived at this charming Victorian home. The home is clean, spacious and beautiful. My family was taken by its charm and function. We would rent again for sure.

Beautiful home in a perfect location.. with just the most delightful blend of old and funky...amodern version of Victoriana and fabulous kitchen with generous stock.

It was an amazing trip with the family. The house was really clean, roomy, and had so many areas to hang out and talk. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff but we had no time to cook. Great location just steps to the beach and Main Street. Stop and get a bagel sandwich at All Star bagels(5 min walk) they were really good and very friendly.

Cleanest and most well equipped rental we have aver stayed at.

Weather was cold so we didn’t use outdoor spaces but location was perfect! Looking forward to going back
