The property itself is very nice, clean and great staff.

The area is not a good one. It is near a hospital district but also there are homeless all over. The staff let us know to not leave anything of value in the car and it park where you can see your vehicle.

no covered parking, that is really the only thing

It's a nice hotel in appearance. The bed was comfortable.

The room is advertised as over 700 Square feet, however the room that I received (227) wasn't anywhere near that large. Nor did the pictures match the room. Parking is challenging and when I arrived the main entrance was locked and there wasn't anyone at the desk. A young lady appeared and opened the doors. Her first words to me where "Can I help you?" with a tone that I didn't find welcoming. I advised that I was checking in and presented her with my License and Credit card. I don't recall any her saying anything until she handed me the room key. I had requested the highest floor available and received the 2nd floor. It was late and I assumed it was the highest available. The charge for the room was different from what Booking.com provided. (Only about 7$ higher-No big deal) My room didn't appear to have been fully processed.There was 1 random throw pillow on the bed. The trash can was on the desk with the liner next to it . The beds duvet had wrinkles in one spot but not the rest, as though someone or something was in that spot after the bed was made. Lastly the was 1 Square of toilet paper floating in the toilet. I jumped in the shower and decided to venture out in search of food. It was after midnight by then and most everything was closed. As I arrived back to the locked front entrance, I realized that I hadn't grabbed my room access card. The same young lady was through in explaining that I needed to present ID for a new room key (which was in the room with the key) I suggested that she or someone from staff could retrieve them for me at which point she made another key. As an additional note. The noise from Colfax Ave was almost as loud as the TV in the next room.

Loudy, noisy hotel. Bed was very dirty. Sheets were covered with pints of blood. Very disgusting. I couldn’t believed it. I couldn’t see it on Saturday night (Checked in) because I was very tired and I went straight to bed. But in the morning when I woke up I saw blood on the sheets everywhere. Very disappointing. Very unacceptable.
