This property was absolutely perfect for what we were trying to accomplish. Getting all four of our adult children under one roof for the first time in 6yrs for Christmas, and bringing a few pieces of Louisiana to them. Plenty of room and beds, really cool decor and gorgeous views. This was the weekend of the nationwide freeze, so we realized the Heater was working overdrive, but the only reason we didn't give it 5 Stars across the board was the damper that controled the zones was stuck in one position, leaving the upstairs overwhelmingly warm and downstairs really cold. Maintenance came out within 24hrs to diagnose, but given Christmas weekend it was going to be hard to fix before we left. We made some adjustments, though, which worked fairly well and the property management company gave us a discount for our inconvenience. The only other item was a few trash items we found out on our patio and by the grill that we didn't leave from a previous tenant, but we reported that to management, and they were going to address with their cleaning company. All that said...we would TOTALLY book this place again and again. If we moved back, we'd make an offer to buy! ;-)

We had a great time this weekend at this river house. The house is new, clean and classy. Everything you need is available in the house from kitchen supplies, extra bath towels, blankets and games. The outdoor space is as great as the indoor space, easy access into the water and beautiful views! We would love to stay here again - it was perfect!

Great family getaway!
This is the perfect property to sit and relax and enjoy the river! Our party of 13 were extremely comfortable and plenty of room in the 4 bedrooms and common loft area. The river is perfect to wade out and sit in chairs or tie up floats together and watch other tubers float by. We went into Gruene and New Braunfels which are each about 15-20 minute drive. I would definitely book this property again!

Wonderful River house
The house was great. Nice and Clean, stylishly decorated , and well arranged for large families . Easy access to the river in an area that is Shallow so kids can wade and play or you sit in a chair . The only suggestion I would make is gate one patio to eliminate access to the stairway or front yard. Also River road can be busy and with young kids and pets it would be nice to have a fence along the front as well to be sure no way kids or pets could
Get in the street. We would definitely rent it again. We are a large family with young grandchildren and it was wonderful ! If it were summer you would want to bring lawn chairs , floats , yard games to play .

We are already planning our next trip to stay here!
We had 15 people for our extended family Christmas celebration. This house is gorgeous!! Every detail in the home is designed to perfection!! We love the large yard for games and the fire pit under the party lights!! Large living areas and plenty of room for us all!! I was under a lot of pressure to plan for such a large group and all I got were compliments on a job well done!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Awesome House
Been staying at vacation rentals for the past 5 years and without a doubt, this house was the best ever. House has everything you need and the interior decor is awesome. Bunkbeds for kids were a hit. Landscaping and access to the river were also awesome. Will definitely come back in the future.

We stayed in this house thu-sun for a girls weekend. the house was located in a great spot. Very close to bars and tubing. The house was decorated great and was right on the water. Everything was in working order. The only complaint I would have is the wifi was spotty at times and the master downstairs would never cool off. the rest of the house was freezing and that bedroom was super hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that the house was perfect. I would stay there again!

Summer river trip
Great home with terrific location. Only challenge was the oven didn’t work very well and need to have some more basic cooking utensils. Having the kayak and canoe was nice as well as the great river access. Beds were comfortable and loved the covered deck with the string lights outside.

This house was fantastic and exceeded expectations! The place was spotlessly cleaned and everything worked like a charm! Beds, blankets and pillows were very comfortable as were the couches, chairs and everything out on the deck and by the river. Plenty of pots, pans, and silver wear to make our selves at home! The sleeping loft was a perfect spot for the kids to sleep, play and an area to call their own. The grill, canoe, and fire pits were an added bonus and direct access to the river was priceless (spring break week was super busy in the public areas). The only complaint would be that no one in our family had a cell signal while in and around the house maybe install a cell booster would help and a land line for emergencies! Also may need to hang some sound panels because while the house is beautiful it is super echoey! Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
