Nice apartment, clean, well equipped, central.

geographic location in the city is good but the surroundings are terrible. setubal is far from being a beautiful city so that is ok

Stayed 8 nights and loved it! It is very good value for the location. The apartment is in the Old Town, but this is a modern apartment and everything worked well. The TV has a full range of cable channels in all languages. Wifi is fast and air con worked very well. The shower is excellent, with good water pressure. You are 15 minutes walk from the ferry and catamaran terminal giving easy access to the beaches at Troia. You are also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The old town looks a little run-down, however it felt safe at night with bright street lights at night. We arrived late, but the host (Richardo) was available on WhatsApp and made it very easy to get the key.

The apartment is a little sparse. The bathroom and shower lacks ledges and shelves to store toiletries. The apartment lacks natural light as there are few windows, however this is the style of all the apartments in this area. The streets in the Old Town are rather narrow, with some very tight corners. You wouldn't want to drive here at night. Luckily, Richardo advised us that it is possible to park at Parque do Quebedo, which is a five minutes walk away. This meant we didn't have to drive through the Old Town at all. Parking is on-street and is free. We always found a parking space, but we were lucky. It was very busy. However, the owner can't do anything about the parking and those narrow streets of the Old Town add to its charm! We really enjoyed our stay overall!

Everything. The location was great, the apartment spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped.

Maybe a kettle or electric jug as we are tea drinkers.

The apartament was very well equipped, clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff that opened the door for us was very nice and helpful letting us know of all important tips to enjoy the city in its fullest!
