Would have liked a kettle, this is essential for English. In the twin bedroom had table lamps but no where to plug them in.

Great outlook from balcony over the Marina and sea with far reaching views towards Benidorm. Great receptionist, Alina, who was very helpful and had a great personality. Free parking in Marina area, a couple of minutes from the apartment.

Bathroom very functional, but a bit tired and needs refreshing.

no parking offerred even though Booking description states that paid parking is available. we got apology from the staff that they should have changed the text in the booking. so, that was misleading information could not connect to wifi in a room

Location is absolutely perfect.

The parking situation is not clear. I was repeatedly told that there no parking spots available at the property, however, my colleague who arrived two days later was given a spot.

Lovely view, comfortable beds, spacious bedroom.

Views from Balcony were lovely, rooms were clean and tidy.

Location is a bit limited for things do to, need a car to explore. No free parking Cleaning kit supplied was a bit limited (it would have been good to have dish soap) Missing any coffee/tea supplies which was a shame. A small welcome pack of items would have been nice.

we were told that there was parking available , when we checked in and asked about parking to be told there was a free one on a waste land and the other on the port car park at € 20 + a day it was a pain to go out knowing that when you came back there was little chance of parking up

Once parked it was easy but parking was a problem

I booked this place as it said it had parking, which we needed, but we drove around for a long while before being given parking, which we were then charged for. The downstairs reception is being refurbished. Lots of slippery plastic sheeting. The elevator looked dodgy with wooden panels lining it. Didn’t expect to have to clean the kitchen and send a photo to prove it!

No wifi it says there is but it’s impossible to connect and the Receptionist didn’t know what the problem was as other guests couldn’t connect either.

The shower leaked and the door didn’t shut properly. a walk in shower would be much better

Very uncomfortable.

Well equipped, spacious, big terrace with stunning view, you can’t get any closer to the shore, kitchen well equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. Location to the marina with a small choice of bars and restaurants.

Was a little tired inside, worn sofa and chips and knocks on furniture. Building work going on on the upper floors so the lift was being used a lot by workmen, 7 floors to climb.

No parking available. No sofa on balcony as per picture. Shower didn't drain properly. Room needs refurbished. 5pm check in ridiculous.

We arrived on a Wednesday, beware that the reception area is closed n Wednesday, so we were given instructions to pick the key from a nearby restaurant which was fine, although parking was difficult,so one of us stayed in the car,so we did not incur a fine . The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. The terrace area is what makes this apartment so attractive . It is spacious with comfortable sun loungers and a table with chairs for dinning and spectacular views of the sea . However , the lovely little beach bar directly underneath the apartments plays music almost constantly and till the early hours .....unless you are sound sleeper or like to party ,it is intrusive and does not make for a restful night ! ( perhaps in off peak season this is not so intrusive ?) The wi fi doesn’t work and even when asking the receptionist she just said follow the instructions !!! you will have to pay €7 per day parking . The location is great and altea old town is fabulous . We had tapas in an eclectic restaurant called “Bistro Shabby Chic” and it was delicious The really strange request was to take photos of the dish washer, fridge and interior of the oven to prove they were clean ( you have to leave a €200 deposit and when the receptionist was happy with the photos she paid it back / cancelled the CC transaction) I always thought that cleaning was part of the total cost , you don’t go away for a break to clean ......luckily we did not cook in the apartment so there were no problems ) I would recommend this property but ,with reservations, see points mentioned above and decided for yourself if you would be happy with everything in the review .

Location was very nice , closed to sea with relaxable sea sound . The property was clean and good for 4 person . One room was small with window that open to closed area but other one opened to big terrace.

The Wifi was not good . we buy material for dishwasher and manual washing from property reception ( may be related to covid limitation ?!! )
