Bad experience. Pictures posted in advetisement not visualizing real condition of room. Furniture in the room very old. Room main door very hard to close. Partition door in bathroom already broken. Room and bathroom had unpleasant smell. Curtain looks shabby. Room looks very dimmed. Some more, there was a moment of electricity was cut off which makes me anxious since i was alone. Overall, i am not happy during 2 days of my stay. Not worth it.

the hotel must upgrade and more cleanning that room. sorry..

I love the friendliness of the receptionist and the smooth check-in/out process. The location is quite ok as it is close to Klebang Beach and very near to AEON mall. The hotel also offered free parking space behind the hotel where it was monitored by guards. It is a spacious room for standard type. You surely have a massive space to relax. I guess my standard room can actually fix up to 5 people. Both shower and sink come with water heater features so you can choose for hot/warm/cold water. This hotel also offered room service where you can order meals to be served in your room. My booking was already included with the breakfast meal, and I was satisfied with the taste and meal options offered. Not much of a selection but still can fill up your hunger. Water dispenser and iron facilities are available in the hallway as it is not included in each room. It's convenient for Muslim as they provided sejadah in each room and Kiblat direction.

The hotel's elevator is very small and can only fit max 4 adults at one time. I bet they had a shortage of staff because it took a bit of time for food to be refilled during breakfast. A few electrical plugs are not in good condition. It can be used but must be extra careful.
