Good hotel at all, but they are at Madinat Makadi and that is bad.

Vert bad, rude security in Madinat Makadi. It's more looks like it's jail. If you are ready to stay all the time at the hotel it's ok, but if you are going to visit places outside the hotel - that's not your choice. Crazy overpriced services in the hotel. 3 EUR for glass of water, taxi is 10 times more expensive than if you just take uber.... But security will do all they can to let uber to enter to the hotel. So you can wait your driver waiting outside for security to let him enter, you have to ask reception 4 times to let driver to enter. And guy at the reception also will be rude with you. Veru disappointing but it's more about rip off than 5 star service. Such a small things, that can spoil your holidays.

It's good hotel for relaxation, quite holidays. Not very fresh but good maintained property, good dinners and lunches. Friendly personnel.

Breakfast is really limited with choice, so it's ok for 3-4 days, but if you are here for a week or more it might be a problem... Not enough fruits (no guava at all, for example, rarely watermelon...) It's really strange to prepare welcome drinks for dinner but they always end in 20 min since start of dinner and they never refilled... Very small and non functional gym((

Food was excellent with a good choice available. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice relaxing resort with no loud music, very friendly and helpful staff.

The beach is a shuttle bus ride away and is not the best. It is squeezed in with the beaches of the other hotels, is quite noisy and there are areas of rocky reef in the water near the shore.

The staff are hospitality experts. They are friendly, inviting and ensure you feel like your special. Aside from the hotel, the staff is what made this hotel exceptional, from the bartenders to the chauffeurs and everything in between. Shout out to management for this performance.

Due to the nature of being away from any metropolis, the food options in the room service is going to be limited.

Room with excellent ever, relaxing place , staff named amr in check in and in restaurant Hussain was perfect with smile all time and very helpful, excellent breakfast and dinner, view is amazing , internet connection was good

Small hotel only for relaxing, away from beach, internet continuously fall and they cut one hour before check out, we booked half board and I asked if drinks are included in dinner they said yes at time of check in but at end of dinner they brought 21euro extrcharge drinks , they should inform the gust about this issue at time of check in and drinks prices was highly expensive and calculated by euro ....Mr.wael shams the manager there was so rude with us and I don't recommend him as manager at all this is bad face of the hotel and reflect bad impression, Mr. Ayman was perfect and try to compensate us from what we suffer from him...pool rooms are not good at all, view is bad, we asked for sea view that was fantastic

Everything about this hotel is outstanding . If you want a peaceful relaxing top drawer hotel book . From the moment you walk through the doors your made to feel special. The food is beautiful and the staff are amazing . They go the extra mile for you Thank you again to my Happy Place
