There were no large garbage bags under the kitchen sink to bag up our used laundry, so we purchased those. Would be great to give the guests a heads up about the parking/street cleaning. Didn't see the sign----got a ticket. :)

Very quaint little apartment/condo. Was clean and had what we needed for our stay.

We forgot to pack ziploc bags for our lunch we made and took with us on our outing, unfortunately found no ziplocs or Tupperware we could use in the kitchen. Not a necessary item, but would have been nice to have.

Would have been nice to have regular cable TV. Or more instruction on how to operate the existing TV.

Asked for extra fee 49 after the booking. Also need to pay cash for deposits which make me uncomfortable.

Had issues with a stable internet connection for the wifi, should upgrade to dead bolt locks for the doors. At least the door to enter the apartment itself. Instructions should be printed out and put in a pamphlet or folder placed inside the apartment for the tenants to go over rather than receiving all instructions by phone or email. Paper towels/towels would have been nice to have in the kitchen area. I also thought the security deposit was a tad steep, but should be receiving that back. All in all, decent place and would stay here again.

Location, beds, bathroom, water pressure, television, air conditioning, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, things provided were of decent quantity. It had majority of your basic essentials needed to stay for a couple days.

A little dated. Need to be careful walking in and out as the sidewalk is uneven.

Neighborhood was quiet. Not too far from Campus. Host was friendly and met us upon arrival to give us keys.
