The home was beautiful, well cared for, & offered everything we needed. It was close to bike trails yet quiet & private. Property owner was pleasant to deal with. Overall, it was a beautiful house & we enjoyed our stay.

Great house for our week-long family vacation to Sunriver! Perfectly comfortable for our group of six. Huge master on the main floor for the grandparents, and nice rooms downstairs for us and our two teenage kids. We spent a lot of time out on the wraparound deck, it was crazy hot outside the week of our stay, but there was always some shade available during the different times of day. A/C worked great, grill was perfect, nice shady umbrella table outside, games, SHARC passes, etc. We brought our own bikes, but didn’t need to, there were plenty available. Ping pong table was a bonus and so much fun after a busy day exploring. Everything we needed and more!

We could not have asked for a better home to stay in with our two adult sons, their wives, and our two grandbabies! Plus our dogs. The home was clean and very welcoming. The neighborhood was perfect for our family and furbabies. We enjoyed taking walks and letting the 22 month old kids ride their tiny bikes around the driveway. It was a very safe area. We made good use of the baby gate we found in the closet and spent lots of family time in the living area, watching tv or reading the children’s books the owner had in the unit. The hot tub, ping pong table and bikes were also great! Everything we needed or wanted was there. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and made us feel right at home. We will definitely come back!

Great place to hang out with easy access to the river. Wrap around deck was a lovely find, with comfortable seats for dining and watching wildlife. Be great if the hot tub person didn't just show up though.... Prompt responses from owners were appreciated.

Loved the location! House was perfect for our family and the kids were always entertained with selection of books, ping pong, games and video games. Nice selection of kitchen stuff! Large selection of bikes for all ages and helmets. Only request is for hot tub maintenance person to knock rather than just show up outside on our deck… :) what if i had been naked!?

Wonderful clean, well furnished home. Only one thing lacking-extra blankets. If the woodstove was used the downstairs was cold. Loved the hot tub and woodstove. Recommend it for anyone!

The place is excellent. The only (only!) thing i can complain about : one of two Wii remotes had dead batteries. Everything else was just perfect. Clean place, soft beds, a lot of space(can easily fit 8-10 people), fully equipped kitchen with sharp (SHARP!) knives. Hot tub was hot. Large patio/terrace. In other words - I would definitely recommend.

Very nice property with anything you might need. There were plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen and plenty of space to sleep. Everything was very clean. The bikes in the garage were great and everyone had fun getting ping pong and horse shoe tournaments going. Thanks for the stay!

The house’s location is convenient to Sunriver attractions and on a quiet cul de sac perfect for families with small children or a dog. The owner provided timely and thorough instructions about renting, arrival, using, and departing the house. Everything was as described and well maintained. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short to enjoy everything available in Sunriver.

We have stayed at several different homes and this home is probably the nicest one we have stayed at. Home was clean and well taken care of. Great location and more privacy than others. Owners have provided house with better quality furnishings than most vacation homes have. Great communication from owners. Great time and great house!

We stayed 4 days and would hv stayed 2 more if it had been available. We used the hot tub, the gas grill and sat on the patio/wrap around deck. Our adult son used one of the bikes, and enjoyed the game system in his room. Everything worked great and the house was in a beautiful setting.

Very good and would return to this rental home. Clean and amply supplied (with the sole exception of needing a few extra toilet paper rolls and an extra paper towel roll). Great location and enough space for 6 adults to move around in. Plenty of bikes for use, enjoyed the ping pong table and deck space was good. The hot tub was better than some other rentals we have stayed in.

Everything was exactly as described, but better. The house was fully stocked, nothing was left out. Location was great. We loved the set up with the master on one level, and two other bedrooms downstairs. Communication with the owners was great, there were no surprises and nothing to be disappointed about. The deck is big and the hot tub is excellent. A large property meant it felt very private. We were a short bike ride to the village and SHARC, and short drive to hikes, horseback riding, etc. We come to Sunriver every summer and would stay at this property again.

Just perfectly chill
The house is extremely clean and perfectly equipped. We had 4 adults and one infant and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The place has everything you need and more. It is clear that the hosts main concern is that their guests enjoy themselves and we certainly did!

Nice for one or two families
This was a nice house, though potentially a bit cramped for more than one family. We stayed with our two young children and my parents. The downstairs bedrooms were well equipped but perhaps a little cramped for us. The master was nice (my parents stayed there). In hindsight we should have stayed in the master with our baby and put our parents downstairs though they struggle with stairs. If this house were for a group of adults only, it'd be perfect. Well equipped and accommodating. My only complaint is that it appears the cleaners weren't great about cleaning the floors under furniture. We could see dust and debris and even found some sort of pill right under the bed as we were picking up our clothes. I doubt this is a reflection of the property itself and more a comment for housekeeping. Thanks for having us!

Sun River Rogue
I was so impressed with this vacation property! The house is much nicer than the pictures show. It was immaculate and nicely decorated. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, and the appliances were newer. Also, lots of towels! The house has a nice washer and dryer. The hot tub was awesome!! Due to weather we didn’t use the SHARK passes but it’s nice they were provided. The owners did a nice job with their information book and signs posted around the property were helpful. The only negatives I noted were the lack of a hall bath on the main level (only the master) and if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the property for you. I’ve been in several rentals in Sun River and this one was by far the nicest (in this price range) I’ve seen! Highly recommend.
