Bravo à l’équipe de réception et particulièrement Anita et son équipe ! Rien à dire, que cela soit au niveau de son efficacité tout comme ses conseils pour faire de ce séjour une réussite

De part notre mauvaise expérience au restaurant au petit déjeuner lors de notre séjour précédent, nous n’avons pas voulu ni déjeuner ni dîner à cette hôtel. C’est dommage car nous aurions bien aimé goûté les spécialités de cet hôtel. En fait pas du tout d’accueil quand vous arrivez au petit déjeuner un peu avant la fin du service de 10:00.

L’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel et l’accueil et le service exceptionnel de la réception grace à Anita et toute son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et des conseils de visites qui sont tres utiles. C'est vrai que la réception d'un hotel c'est en quelque sorte comme l'office de tourisme. On compte beaucoup sur les précieux conseils de la réception pour faire un tas d'activités et de découverte pendant son séjour.

le service du petit dejeuner: Le petit déjeuner est en majorité du temps le seul repas et le seul contact qu'un client a aupres du service du restaurant. C'est aussi surtout le premier sourire qu'un client recoit de la journée. Alors lorsqu'on vous fait ressentir que vous arrivez à la fin du service du petit déjeuner et qu'il faut vite se servir car le personnel doit débarrasser, nettoyer et préparer le service du déjeuner ensuite, on n'a pas eu droit à un sourire. Nous comprenons le stress que peut avoir le personnel du petit dejeuner pour terminer son service mais le faire professionnellement sans le faire ressentir au client serait quand meme mieux. Du coup, nous ne sommes jamais revenu manger au restaurant car n'avons pas eu la meilleure expérience que nous attendions. Je pense qu'il faudrait former tout le personnel du petit dejeuner car celui de la réception est vraiment super. Un client satisfait dans un hotel, c'est un client qui va consommer plus potentiellement !

A spacious lobby to welcome guests. Employees with smiling faces. Efficient elevator operation. cleanliness of the room. Sauna facilities were top notch.

The fact that despite this being Helsinki, the curtains in the room didn't really block the sunlight. With the sun rising at 3 am, this made for quite an uncomfortable stay.

Great hotel, we had the best of the time here.. I would like to rate its location, breakfast, friendly staff all as 20/10. Breakfast has a very good spread, lots of vegetarian options, and beautiful presentation. Even the bedding was so comfortable, we slept very well during our stay. Tram station, metro, bus station, eating joints all are nearby and at walking distance. All in all, would recommend everyone to stay here in Helsinki

the location was great. extensive choice at the breakfast. the towels in the bathroom very soft, a joyful experience.

the room is very small. unfortunately, the room during 4 days stay was not cleaned, where is I explicitly have chosen for every day service. there would be a mere towels change and making the bed. the floor in the main room and mostly important in the bathroom aas never cleaned.

Everything was perfect, helpful friendly staff, food tasty, lots of variety on breakfast, location, close to station and atraction.

The bed was comfortable and the room as very clean. The bathroom amenities and also the breakfast exceeded my expectation.

I’ve never slept in such a comfortable bed in my life. and I travel quite a lot. The staff were amazing.varied breakfast and super nice location.

The hotel is close to everything, transportation, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is really good, a lot of options, the natural smoothies are great. The lady at the reception was super nice both checking in and checking out. The room was good, spacious, the coffee area/kettle even had a hot chocolate, one of the first hotels I stayed that had that.

I would like to have had a shower bath and slippers.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, comfy but quite small.

Very well located. Spacious room. Great bed with a wonderful duvet. Rituals products in the shower.

Sadly, the sauna wasn't operational during my stay.
