Personally I really liked the bathroom lights. I also really enjoyed the food. I also liked the Place where the hotel was.

The newness of the room and access by a lift👍. We’ve had stairs on our long trip so the lift was welcome. The bar and restaurant outstanding. They have a fantastic chef in their restaurant and highly recommend having a meal there. All staff welcoming and helpful.

Shower floor in ensuite prone to flooding as tiler didn’t level the floor correctly. Recommend using the overhead shower rose. Otherwise all great.

The new rooms were lovely

Very noisey due to construction which I wasn’t made aware of I was waiting to check in for over 30minutes as their was no one at the front desk

The location is easily accessible by car. The beds were comfortable. The night manager was really nice and helpful as we had some problems with our room.

The center of the city is quite far away, half an hour by city bus. The toiletries and towels were prepared just for two people even though we had a booking for three in a room with three beds. The shower in our room was broken. The night manager nicely and efficiently solved the problem and moved us to another room. Sadly, the only option was a room with two beds and an additional folding bed which was clearly not that comfortable. The staff was polite but cold, we would expect at least an apology for the inconvenience we encountered. The night manager is the bright exception, of course.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great. A few teething problems in the hotel rooms (air con not working) but the new rooms are so fab it didnt matter. Staff also couldnt have been more helpful and dropped up a fan. A great stay and will be back

The location tucked in the woods made for two quiet and relaxing nights. The corner junior suite was very spacious and well-appointed. Self-parking was extremely easy and convenient.

The hotel will be even better once the renovation is complete. There was construction going on during our stay, though not too early in the morning and not on weekend. The hotel was very transparent telling us ahead of time that the construction was underway.

The beatiful decor and location

The walls were thin. We were woken up by the couple in the next room fighting. No staff answeted our call for help. It ruined our stay.

Bed was so comfortable , and l loved bathroom decor, it was gorgeous, plenty of room, it was a lovely size, not too small, would definitely return

Nothing, wouldn't have any complaints, just didnt get to dine in restaurant as it was booked up when we arrived.

I was at my cousins wedding and the food was beautiful and the staff were very efficient and friendly I would highly recommend it for a wedding.

The price of beer is expensive 6.50 for a bottle of beer and 7.20 for a pint
