This cozy apartment with two spacious bedrooms is located in one of the most central and charming areas of the town of Playa Blanca. Marcastell is a very well maintained and very quiet urbanization with beautiful gardens, ideal for relaxing. It is a 10 minute walk to the most popular beach of town, Playa Blanca, 5 minutes to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is very well connected due to the bus stop which is just across and has a public parking in case you want to rent a car during your stay (not necessary due to close by amenities!).

The apartment in total offers a space of about 60 square meters with two large terraces with plenty of sun all day to have breakfast or a snack in the warm Lanzarote sun. Apart from this there are two comfortable sun loungers and a lot of privacy to enjoy a Spanish siesta. The apartment offers everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle and coffee maker, a washing machine, television with national and international channels, fast WIFI (fiber optic 600mb), etc. There are two double bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes. One of them is equipped with a double bed and the other with two separate beds, which can be easily joined if you wish.
