房东很好！离滑翔伞降落的地方也很近，非常舒适

The beds were comfortable. The location is 7 minutes walk to west Station.

We were in room 7 with a private bathroom. The washroom is a closet that is converted to a space for toilet and shower (the sink is outside in the room) it is too small with a glass door. Whoever is using the toilet is transparent to the other person in the room. It was so inconvenient that we had to use the common bathroom in the lower floor. There is also a sewer smell in the room coming from this so called bathroom. This hotel does not have a receptionist so forget getting any help. Thanks to Sora in the breakfast area who gave us tips and helped us.

Shared bathroom

The location, friendliness of staff, complementary breakfast, and overall value was excellent. I visited with my wife and 3 kids. They are able to combine two rooms to comfortably and affordably accommodate large families. Our room had a balcony, which we loved. It provided views of the mountains, paragliders, and the bustling restaurants below. The person managing breakfast is so friendly and the kids loved their hot chocolate in the mornings.

The breakfast provided was good, the lady who took care of us was so friendly and went out of her way to help answer any questions about Interlaken and surrounding areas. The location was easy to find, quiet and close to a bus stop.

Our room on the third floor was a little tricky to navigate the stairs with heavy suitcases - best to keep in mind there is no lift if you have any physical restrictions. Our room had shower and toilet facilities, and while clean, they were very basic and tiny. The frosted glass door was off-putting too.
