Great view, more than equipped modern kitchen, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and don't even think about bringing beach toys, they had everything! Thanks for the great week.

Mark and Betsy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts. Super responsive to any questions and always quick to reply. Property was outstanding and very clean/well/-stocked. Beach access was very easy. Will definitely come back to this property!!

Clean, well stocked and great location.

Stayed with three generations great bedroom room configuration two family groups with parents shared bathing a jack/Jill bathroom with kids in cinnnected bunk room. Made for a perfect suite Two of these suite-like setup on ground floor gave families the ability to have privacy and bed time sanity for their kiddos. Just wonderful All the amenities as described are fabulous. Views wonderful. Beach access fabulous and house had all the chairs and toys and beach amenities a large family might need. No need to bring any of that stuff! Owner super to work with. 5-stars!

Best vacation we’ve had on 30A! Beautiful home with many amenities. The seagrove beach / ocean views are wonderful too. Great for families with children as the house comes with beach toys and it’s an easy walk to the beach . Our host was super attentive and made sure no issues. Will definitely look forward to returning!!

We stayed here for Fall break and to say this house did not disappoint is an understatement! We have been coming to 30a for 13 years-sometimes even more than once a year- and this is possibly our favorite house! It’s hard to pick our favorite thing about it, though! The distance to the beach, two fridges with great supplies, the great upkeep of the home…and the VIEW😍!! Mark and Betsy were attentive to all our needs and gave great recommendations and treated us like family! I would rate 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family stayed this October during fall break. Great location with lots of space for the 7 of us. Very clean! We would definitely stay here again.

I was truly blown away by both this property and its hosts. Mark and Betsy were just wonderful. They were great about sending info regarding the property and surrounding area well ahead of our stay as well as helping with adjusting check-in/out times. They were also great about communicating with us during our stay about whatever we needed and went above and beyond their duties as hosts. They are very kind people and we are excited to hopefully rent with them again in the future. The house itself is just stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! You have amazing views of the ocean from the living room, patio, and main floor suite and upstairs suite/patio. There is a grill on the patio as well as plenty of beach towels/chairs available downstairs. The community pool was great and even had showers/bathrooms available. In terms of house location, it’s just about a mile from Seaside and close to everything you could ever need. The beach access was super convenient too! It was great being able to run home from the beach if needed without having to drive. Highly recommend the beach chair/umbrella setup you can add for an additional fee through a third-party company. Overall our group of 8 fit very comfortably in this house and cannot wait to return. Thank you for a great trip!

We had a fantastic week visiting in August. Mark and Betsy are amazing hosts and everything was as promised in description and photos. Summer’s Edge is a Goldilocks neighborhood on 30a. Close enough to the big name neighborhoods but far enough that crowds are smaller and things are quiet. The home was updated not long ago and they did a really nice job. Everything worked well and frankly felt more like a private home than some of the other rentals you see in the area. The views from the property were great and the walk to the beach was very short. Wonderful week and would definitely visit again.

Mark and Betsy were beyond hospitable and helpful and we absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean, new and beautiful, as were the views of the ocean! We had short walks to both ocean and pool and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely would stay here again!

The house was perfect! Great views, very clean and spacious. Also had everything we needed for the week. Owner was very hospitable and attentive to us. Beach access was easy and I highly recommend using the 30A beach chair company. It was well worth the money and ensures you get a nice spot on the beach. Overall we had the perfect vacation and I hope to go back again!

Incredible property! Pictures don’t do it justice, so many great amenities and phenomenal views. The owner went out of their way to ensure the experience was great and that our AC continued to work in spite of an incredibly hot week! The house was perfect for us. We had 3 generations of family members. There was even a portacrib, high chair, and push toy for the baby and a gate for the stairs which was ideal for us. The beach and pool are literally steps away from the house. The views of the beach were great. I could even hear the waves crashing on the beach at night from the 3rd story bedroom.

Owners are super responsive, house is stocked with everything you need. The views are better than the pictures. Very family friendly rental!

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect; couldn't ask for a better set up. Plenty of space inside the home with plenty of sleeping arrangement options. The views were beautiful! Seriously, no complaints. Mark was also very responsive and kind.

We took a group of 12 to stay at this property the week after Christmas. This property provides so many additions that I have never received at any other rental. For example, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, laundry detergent, high quality beach chairs, tons of toys for the kids, etc. Mark checked in with us daily and was so helpful throughout our stay. You get quality views throughout the home and tons of space for everyone! The ocean can be seen from nearly every single room in the home. The walk to the beach takes less than 2 minutes from the time you walk out the door to the time your toes hit the sand. Most importantly, Mark has this home laid out to feel like home and not just a temporary place to stay for a few days. It’s so welcoming and warm. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place for a trip with a big family or friends. You will not regret it. You’re also very close to everything - The Hub, Seaside, Bud and Alley’s, Beachy Bean, etc. We also used the pool quite a bit with the kids and they stayed warm in the heated pool! A great week at this beautifully appointed home. A warm welcome from our hosts was just the beginning.. Wonderful beach views and minutes from toes in the sand. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The community pool was heated and private. We look forward to another visit to Sight To Sea.

Fall family vacation was awesome. House has beautiful views and plenty of room. Owner was very courteous!

Great property and location. We had 3 families with small children and one grandparent. This house was perfectly comfortable, having 3 levels for everyone to spread out. Our youngest is a two-year-old who walked the 3-house length to the beach no problem. The house was so nicely done but not over the top. The boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys and crab hunting nets available for our use was a great bonus too. The owner was responsive and available leading up to the trip and also while we were there. It was a wonderful house in all and we will definitely rent it again!

We had three families, six adults and five kids and the house was perfect for us! Kids got their bunk beds which they loved and adults had three rooms, all with the beach views. Kitchen is big, updated and equipped with everything we need. There are two refrigerators which perfect for us since we brought lots of food to cook. Short walk to beach access and close to eastern lake which kids enjoyed the “lazy pool” where the lake connects to the ocean. The house also equipped with beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, beach towel, etc. Mark is very helpful and checked on us. He also provided us kayak access from his lake house and lended us a kayak, and helping us get them to the water. Mark is the most friendly and helpful host we ever met. The boys also enjoyed the sunset, good talk and drink with Mark at the end of the last day. We highly recommend this house!

Recently remodeled with tons of amenities, it has everything that you might need for a week at the beach. It's also conveniently located to restaurants, shops and a Publix, so that any needs or activities are a short ride away, We spent the week with our daughter, son-in-law and two young granddaughters, and had ample bedrooms for several more people. Our granddaughters love the beach, but also enjoyed the change of pace with a day at the pool.Mark and Betsy could not of been better hosts and are very hands on. A thunderstorm fried the television on the main floor the night before we moved in, and when we arrived, Mark and Betsy were in the process of installing and setting up a brand new television. They also took the time to give us all sorts of instructions on how to operate appliances and other electronics and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Also, as an unexpected added bonus, the beds and linens were so comfortable - we felt thoroughly treated. All in all a wonderful vacation that we all enjoyed. We highly recommend Sight To Sea and will definitely return.

This was the perfect house for our memorial beach trip in honor of Papa. The home and location were lovely.
