DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!! Upon our arrival to this unit we immediately smelled mold as soon as we opened the door. We went to the utility closet and the air filter was concave because it was so filthy it couldn’t suck air through it. Our 1 year old grand baby began coughing as soon as she entered the unit and my husband and myself started getting a headache. We continued to look for evidence of mold and it was all over the ceiling and upper walls of the utility closet. We went outside to the screen patio to contact the owner while looking for fresh air only to be greeted by the 3 pit bulls on the neighboring patio where they had been urinating and crapping all over the patio. We contacted the owner of this unit and provided pictures to substantiate these facts and the owner told us if we did not stay in the unit they WOULD NOT refund our money!! THEREFORE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE RENTING FROM THESE OWNERS OF THIS “UPSCALE” POS!!

Informed the day of check-in that spa was not working. Looked like it was broken for a while. Main reason we picked this was the spa availability. Noisey kids upstairs pounding on floor, had to go upstairs at 10 pm to request quite. Lots of dogs barking, sometimes in the middle of the night. We did not have a dog. Neighbor next door #305 has 3 dogs that are on back porch pooping all day, really smells, every morning he takes buckets of water and washes it off the porch onto the roof and down to the ground floor landscaping (disgusting). Kitchen lacking, no spatula or cookie sheet. To electrical plugs to the right of refrigerator do not work, gfi reset did not work. AC very cold on 2 bedroom side of unit and too warm on master bedroom. No extra blankets. No dressers or bureaus for clothes.

I liked the location, the kitchen set up, the non-stick cookware, the spaciousness of every room was excellent especially for a sized family.

This feedback is not to minimize our great stay but as an FYI. Communication: Specific and clearer Check-In instructions should be communicated to the guest. When I booked this apartment I did not know what OR if there was a unit #. My booking confirmation did not mention a unit# not the advertisement at the booking.com. I was very confused did not know where to go, did not know the entry code, or unit, and no attendants to ask. BUT, with the immediate response of the host we were able to locate our unit and enter the premise. Cleanliness: This unit looked clean but I was a little skeptical about being sanitized, there were fingerprints on the patio glass doors, interior doors knobs were a little soiled, I mind this more than ever and I believe most would agree.
