Love the location of the resort..
I did not like that we only had two tvs.. with a three bedroom house..

The "private" back porch could be a little more private and the screens up top had sections missing. When will I get my deposite back.

private pool was nice and the property was spacious!
wasn’t as clean as I expected. Old, crushed Doritos and Oreos were scattered around pool and the pool had soaked napkins floating around. The bed was sunken in. A little outdated.

Nice location, gated property
wholes in screens so mosquitoes ate us up& hot tub wouldn’t work which I paid extra money for and the fridge wasn’t cold and all the freezer contents thawed out, so they moved us to a new location 3 days into our stay that we couldn’t utilize the amenities then had issues with that hot tub as well. Very unclean. No linens for couch bed so I had to buy some. was told they had cribs for free to use and then they said they only had a playpen then they didn’t bring that on the day of arrival as planned, they didn’t bring it until the next afternoon. Management was not helpful at all and I constantly had to call them for us to even move us after all the issues we had with the first place and then the second place was nasty and still had issues with the hot tub there. I will never ever stay there again even if I have to pay more to stay somewhere else. The only reason I had chosen to stay this time was because 4 years ago I stayed there and it was awesome, it has definitely gone down hill since then. I could write a book about all the rest of the issues it these are the main ones. Warning: save your money and book elsewhere.

A lot of space for the price. comfortable setting
Too much chlorine in the pool. It actually damaged one of the kids hair. showing its age. Carpeting needs replaced. Showers are weak.

The building needs renovation. We stayed in building 3035. Plumbing inside the toilet box is very rusty.

House was clean and comfortable, nice location, club house pool and hot tub were very nice. The little basket with laundry detergent and dish liquid was great.
House was advertised and booked for 4 adults and 2 children, with 1 king, 2 twin and a sofa bed. However there was no bedding or pillows to make up the sofa bed. By bedtime when we realized this the check in was closed and we had no one to contact.

lovely clean apartment, lots of space for the kids to relax. There was an outside area with a hot tub which the kids got great use out of. I would strongly recommend for families, however you really need to hire a car as its 30 minutes to Universal and traffic is mostly heavy, Disney is closer.
It was quite a commute to the parks from this location, traffic was always heavy.

Best place to stay in Florida, simply amazing. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing.

The rental was very spacious and comfortable.
The rental cans definitely use some upgrading. carpet was on its last life. Mattresses were very worn out. The walls could use some fresh paint.

Location was great
No staff on location. Never security at gate. Desk only open 0900 to 1800. I tried to check out at 0800 and was told by a maintenance I had to wait until 0900 he couldn't help me. The beds are super uncomfortable and screens missing on windows and outside patio.

Screened in area good for dog.
I didn't realize there was no maid service or I wouldn't have stayed there. The beds were terrible. Living room furniture old and uncomfortable. Room too far from pool. Bar and restaurant closed way too early 4:30. Also we were there for 3 weeks I would have thought they would have taken that into consideration for better accommodation.

The Hot Tub when it was working. I had read some reviews about the hot tubs not functioning properly and contacted the property directly to make sure they gave us accommodations with a working hot tub. They gave us a unit with a broken hot tub that was cold and would not warm up after waiting several hours. I had specifically called 3 days ahead to make sure we had a working hot tub, we didn’t. They could not come on the day of arrival so we had to wait until the next afternoon before they could do the repairs.
The location was good and easy to get in and out. The rooms were spacious and clean. The area was More like a community and was pleasant.
Everything was nice about the property. The only thing that really ruined the start of our trip there was the fact that I had specifically called the property to make sure they gave us a unit with a working Hot Tub. Some units have small pools and some have hot tubs. We specifically asked for a working hot tub by contacting the property ahead of time and still had a non working hot tub. It was a nice hot tub but it was freezing and would not get hot. We had planned on using it immediately upon arrival after out long trip down. We were very disappointed to find it did not work after all the effort made to assure it would be working upon arrival to the property.

Hot water in a bathroom needed to be fixed, the main lock at front door was broken, the drain in a sink bath was broken, and the shower door was broken with difficult to run in an out. there is no waste bag for long stay

Furniture is old and worn out. Nothing was up to date just looked as if It all came from a thrift store. Base boards and all corners need better cleaning. Could be very nice with a few adjustments

Staff gave us 4 towels for 6 people and refused to give anymore, we didn’t know what to do with the trash and staff were unavailable

I arrived at 5:00 for check in and it supposed to be at 4:00 pm that i can chech in and the room it wasn’t ready, they made me wait for about 25 minutes ☹️

Last year was awesome this year was trash, the private pool never work and plus my daughter got a bad ear infection.
We paid almost 2,000 for 8 days and the villa pool did not work well the pool did not have light and the pool filter wasnt working , and the jet from the pool either.
