Everything was lovely!

This is our second stay at this property and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

The property is beautiful and looks as pictured. Great location and perfect for my husband and I to stay in for the weekend. While we were out one night in Fort Lauderdale, I had the unfortunate experience of my phone being stolen, which had the smart app on it to get in and out of the property, and Eddie was very responsive and helpful. Great host and beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay. Biggest pros of the property: 1. location 2. great pool area 3. nicely decorated and landscaped 4. Property Manager, Patty was so kind and around often. The only con was that we were able to hear the upstairs "neighbors" through the ceiling at night, which made it difficult to sleep. We didn't hear the first neighbors at all, but when they left, we could clearly hear the others (voices and banging). Property was superb in other respects. I would recommend.

Place was perfect. Pool is shaded, and very refreshing during the day. Manager Patti was awesome. Saw her everyday, always availeable if needed. About 5 minute walk to beach. Close to many good restaurants. We will definently stay there again.

Had a nice stay at the property. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler and beach wagon was a plus. Only suggestion would be to add a blanket or two to living area.

It was beautiful, peaceful and the perfect vacation spot. It was just what I needed. So close to the ocean, restaurants and stores. Had the pool to swim every day. So clean and comfortable! Thank you and I will return for another vacation.

Perfect property for a long weekend away as a couple. Lauderdale by the Sea is fun. The weather and beach were perfect. Property clean and just what we wanted.

This apartment is super cute and convenient to restaurants and beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of security cameras and courtyard entrance. The pool is shared- but we had it all to our selves. Make sure you tell the owner if you plan to use the pull-out couch so bedding is a provided upon your arrival.

This property is cleaner than the pictures. The new owners are very involved and improving several things around the property. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very clean and offers any type of item you may need to make a meal at the house. The grill is pretty new and the unit has beach chairs and umbrella. You will be very happy if you pick this property!

Such a great location and super cute apartment. The home owners were great and flexible in our checkout process as we misunderstood the check out time. The shared pool is a decent size and the shared courtyard is adorable and cute. Perfect for breakfast in the sun. The pool was a little chilly because the sun doesn’t hit it, but when it gets hotter there I’m sure it’ll warm up a bit. Definitely refreshing to jump in and out while sun bathing. I’d suggest bringing some extra towels as there is not a replacement through the stay - at least not for us. Overall well over our expectation and we plan on a future visit with more friends/family!

This property was clean, beautifully decorated and close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We already plan to stay again next year!

We enjoyed our stay here so well we plan to be back soon. This is everything you need for a vacation. Host was excellent and we were thrilled to find this vacation spot just like the pictures that were displayed in the advertising.

Lovely property and perfect for a couple. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Short walk to Main Street. Would recommend.

Another great stay ! This is my second time at this property. Everything is exactly as pictured . Location, location , location! Perfect you can walk to everything in under 10 minutes , including the beach. When you don’t feel like sand... the pool is nice and relaxing. The owners reply quickly if anything is needed . Will definitely be back soon!
