I really like the location

I don’t like that we have to pay for parking at your hotel

Great fitness facility and breakfast variety was great. Location to the beach and downtown is great

Prom music was TOO loud and lasted til 11pm and that was a huge inconvenience to us

We had requested adjoining rooms at the time of booking and I had called several times prior to the stay. The manager had reassured us it would be no problem. Our flight was delayed and they gave away our rooms despite my phone calls and the fact that we had PREPAID for the rooms. The two rooms were 42 rooms apart. The breakfast buffet was like a Soviet crisis in the 1980s with them running out of food long before the 9:30 closing time. Then - the staff closes up the buffet 15min before 9:30 and are incredibly unhelpful. In fact, the staff weee consistently rude and unhelpful throughout our entire stay. This place is not worth the money. I would never stay here again.

Location and vibe

Housekeeping did not come every day even though we left the sign off of our room. Hotel had fees not disclosed on Booking.com. We ended up paying more than our booking.com quote

The rooms are very spacious. It is a true suite with a couch and desk area as well as a very comfortable bed. There is a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was large with ample towels. The hot tub was great. The heated pool was beautiful but not very heated. Parking on site was convenient. Buffet breakfast included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage patties and other regular breakfast items that you would expect. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and across the street from Fort Clinch but about a 10 minute drive to downtown Fernando’s Beach.

Strange lay out of the hotel. Received a charge on my credit card larger than the statement at checkout and STILL trying to get it resolved. Frustrating!

Very clean and nice staff.

$100 fee for 2 nights for a pet is excessive. Had to sign a paper stating that your dog would never be left alone in the room. Absurd. The breakfast ends at 9:30 and that is a bit early. When we did have breakfast it was not impressive.

The place looked new, clean, reception was super friendly and efficient and very nice to my dog! It would be a us if pet fee can get lowered fromm 100/pet/night since it didn't seem fair for my well behaved dog. The location was perfectly near the center and the dog friendly beach and Fort clinch Park. Staff,maintenance and anyone who greeted us during g our short stay was very pleasant and helpful.
