The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean. Good location very close to Roma Termini. Great place to stay for families.

Nothing
The light in my room wasn't working. I complained to the staff, but they said they can't do anything about it. So, I spent the whole night in the dark. I couldn't even sleep, as the bed was uncomfortable, with the duvet being itchy. In the bathroom, the curtain and the drain was stained and dirty. There was little variety at breakfast, as well as the dining room being small and overcrowded.

Only the location
Poor hotel with a nice location

Very good localization of the hotel. Professional service, good breakfasts.
2.5 / 5.0
good location, very close to Termini station. some decent eateries nearby. although very central it was fairly quiet at night.
the room needed an update, we had an extra bathroom situated next to us which was quite noisy when in use. Our bathroom floor had smashed and loose tiles, given we were travelling with young children this was not ideal.

Staff was wonderful, friendly, and helped with any questions we had. Very nice stay. Rooms were clean.
Only downside were the beds were hard and very uncomfortable.

location is excellent near Roma Termini, staff were welcoming and showed us where the room was (it was in another building across the road). building is secure
room was pretty dark and dingy, not much light gets in. walls are pretty thin so we heard a lot of other noise from rooms next door. the bed was quite uncomfortable and the bathroom was very dirty. the place needed a deep clean. the shower was pretty poor too, water just trundled out of the shower head.
2.5 / 5.0
The only positive thing was the accessible location of the termini and stations to the central area.
The hotel was very old and smelled bad. The shower head was chalky. Very minimalistic breakfast, where there was no hot food.

a biiiig door at the front and funny old style elevator.
Location - it's in the middle of Termini and Castro Pretorio metro stations.
Just 1 key for all family

the place was in a very proper and safe place. very close to the central station
3.5 / 5.0
The location. Close to central and metro station.
Supermarket and good restaurants nearby (I recommend Pizzeria Andrea)
Fair value for money.
Friendly staff. Let us check in earlier.
The room is small, paper thin walls, very noisy. Narrow shower cubicle (I think 60x60cm) Breakfast similar to continental- only cheese and ham as extra, but large variety of pastries.

Servis was OK, receptionist very helpful, room clean. Location was very good, close to most attractions, easy walk from hotel to anywhere, lots restaurants and Caffè around, breakfast was OK, you can choose from pastries and sandwiches. You get access to WiFi on arrival, so it's great.
Bathroom very small, not great views from room, the bed covers should be better there were old with smál holes, and rooms little bit dated. The bed should be bigger, specially for tall people. The rooms bit dark need use the lights during a day.

The room it very comfortable, quiet and clean.

if you read the reviews, you could wonder how they are so mixed, that's because they have some nice rooms and others that are simply not liveable. The walls are filthy from poor cleaning, the room has mould due to dampness so it smells.
The hotel somehow has gamed the rating system to give them an overall 8/10. I agree with the other reviews that state this is a 2-star hotel and some rooms are OK, but many are worse than sharing in a hostel. I booked during the pandemic, so I thought this was the reason for the cheap nightly rates, but it turns out they use the cheap rates to get you to book, and then they refuse to refund money fully when guests discover that the room isn't habitable. I asked for my money back, and they kept the payment for the first night and threatened to charge me for the whole 5-night stay if I contacted booking.com
