The condo was nice, was perfectly located, and served our needs well. Complaints stem from management company. We never received instructions about how to actually enter the condo, which led to a stressful arrival. Random sheets/blankets were just thrown and piled on the closet floors which not only prevented use of the closets but, based on the appearance, caused us to question if they were clean or not (which was an issue since we needed to make up the sleeper for our daughter). Other than cleanliness and check-in being less than ideal, the condo served us well.

Clean, convenient, and the view is great!
Restaurants are extremely convenient. The staff is polite, and the service is great! Food is delicious.

Great location and condo. Checkin, parking , ect all good. Only problem is very minimal supplies in unit. One roll paper towels , single ply toilet paper , no soap for clothes washer , one trash bag per day . No/minimal condiments

Great unit. It was just as advertised. Very clean with easy check in and parking process. Didn't need much communication with the owners as it was all spelled out in email and text and we had no issues at all. Conveniently located right at the base and chair lifts. Nice bar/restaurant next to the lifts. There is a grocery store located just outside the main entrance that has all you will need including a pharmacy. Downtown Granby is very charming with multiple good restaurants and coffee shops. It is also just a short 12 mile drive into Winter Park. The only small draw backs were the amount of construction and new builds going on right outside our building & unit. Made for some early mornings as the hammers started at 7:30 am one morning. Also, not wild about having to pay $10 per day, per person to access the facilities swimming pool and hot tub. Those are only minor issues and I highly recommend staying here and would again if we get back to Granby.

This was a new, modern property. The space was comfortable, bedrooms spacious. We enjoyed having two bathrooms. We used this as a launching spot for x-country skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch. All in all, decent. We appreciated having a covered parking spot, so we didn't have to deal with clearing the snow in the morning.

The condo is sunny, close to the slopes and a wonderful outdoor heated pool. We all loved the place with exception of an uncomfy top bunkbed and pots/pans/untensils could use an upgrade - no big deal!
The issue was with the lack of communication with Vacasa with our water was turned off. I called Vacasa - there is no local number to call. I happened upon the plumbers in the building & found out the water had been turned off to fix the leak. It came on later but then there was no hot water, despite running it for at leas 30 mins. I called Vacasa again & didn't hear back from the for a day and a half, 8am on the morning we were leaving. Luckily, the hot water had come back on. Bottom line - poor communication.

The main draw to this property is the ski-in/ski-out convenience. The condo itself is nice. The master bathroom had a fowl damp smell. It smelled similar to a public restroom but that didn’t detract from our stay. The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors but everyone respected the posted quiet hours so that wasn’t an issue. The back patio code listed in the reservation did not work. I reached out to the management company and it took almost 4 hours to get the correct code. This was an issue because the patio door is used to access the building directly from the ski slope. Luckily, other tenants were kind enough to share the code.
Again, the convenience of this condo made the stay worth while. We hope to be back next year!

This was our first trip to Granby and we loved the condo and the skiing. It was super clean and nice and very well stocked. It was super convenient to come in and out throughout the day and we were surprised we used the outdoor pool each day in the winter, it was very warm. We will be back!

Our first trip to Granby Ranch was fabulous in this beautiful condo! Gorgeous views, convenient to the Lodge and lifts, ski locker and parking included — all made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful and worth the money. We didn't have a parking pass and couldn't get a hold of anyone to get one. It was very concerning.

The home was very nice & we pretty much had everything we needed. We were very comfortable during our stay. Disappointed that we weren’t able to use the fireplace on those chilly evenings. And very disappointed that we weren’t told that we would have to pay ALOT extra to use the pool, hot tub, lift and even to walk the trails. I guess we should have asked more questions. We didn’t let it effect our Vaca though. We loved staying in Granby.

Nice room and fantastic view. Nothing to complain about with the room itself except for the extremely stiff mattress in the guest room and the inconsistent shower temperature.
The check-in process was a little frustrating. Had to contact Vacasa directly and ask for the email.
The biggest gripe however was the pool and hot tub. You have to pay an additional $10 per person per day to access the pool and hot tub, despite it belonging to the same lodging company and being right next door.
It should also be noted that there is no gym.

Great layout, great view! Plenty of room and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with the grandkids. Got lucky with free concert and activities for kids.

Great place at the base!
This 2 bedroom condo was wonderful for our family stay. Clean, plenty of room, board and card games, great views, convenient to the base. Lovely pool and jacuzzi.

Lake Trip
We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in this condo. It was not a far drive for lake/trail fun and it is conveniently located near the local grocery store. We felt very safe staying during Co-Vid. We appreciated the ease of contact free check-in/out, the required gap time between visitors, and the cleanliness of the home. It was also nice that the heated pool was still open. Thanks!

Our family came in from Georgia and we could not have been happier with the property! The access to the slopes and the accommodations in Base Camp 1 were wonderful! We will be back!

Great Ski-in/Ski-out condo
Such easy access to skiing and my family was very happy. They need to get new pots and pans, they were old and not in good shape at all. Other then that it was a great size for our family of 5. We would stay again.

Great end unit with lots of space. Don't hear the snow cats at night. Pool is right below. Well equipped. Grill on deck was an added perk. Used the fireplace a lot. Only wish it would had a bunk bed setup as the two twin beds didn't quite fit everyone. Little farther walk from the elevator but noise was lower. Also would recommend a keypad for entry into the unit like some of the others. We've stayed at multiple units at base camp one.
